Hi-Way Host Motel

The room was nice and clean but did notice a black box in the vent with a red light on. Kinda suspicious… other than a clean room, this is probably the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. There were long term motel renters hanging out in the parking lot making it very uncomfortable walking to the room with my children. There was about an inch gap under the door which I had to plug with a towel because someone outside was smoking cigarettes and that’s all my room smelled like. There were people outside yelling all night and still doing it at 5am when I woke up. The cops were also there there when I was checking in. It was overall a horrible experience and definitely worth the few extra dollars to stay at the motel 6 up the road. Never again.

Not bad bed to sleep.hot shower.amd.a freaking ice machine ... Always a deal breaker with me

For some reason 106 room air didn't work good

My room was clean, but very sparse. No artwork, no lamps, just a bed and desk. It was Ok, but I doubt I will stay again.

No microwaves in room.

The area was a little shady. Had some undesirables hanging around the facility

beverages in da morning time are great and place was quiet and clean

Pleasant one night stay !!!

Didn’t last an hour there. Drug addicts everywhere hanging out. Sharing rooms and possible prostitution. Went to try and get a refund and telling staff it’s not safe here for me and my family and all he said was your safe. There not going to do anything. Must be a regularly thing. Worst place ever. Don’t not stay there.

Not enough parking. Plus can’t park on city streets

This place was filthy, unsafe and loud.

There was old food in the fridge. Check in was 2. We arrive at 4 and had to wait 10 for clean up. No iron or ironing board. The bed sheets were dirty or stained called it . I would definitely not stay there again or recommend this place. DON’T BE CHEAP!!!!!!

Tv didnt work

zero security. Lots of shady characters around. There was a microwave outside my door that someone made a point of opening and closing repeatedly and loudly. The door to the room was not the proper size for the doorway. Very strange. Would not recommend.

Room size. Location people live there, outdated room

Cool Old Motel on Original Route 66 in California,Rooms are all upgraded but still has that vintage feel and look!

Good place

It was an unplanned stay in Pasadena and it went smoothly and overall very well. Did find 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom upon check-in but I took care of it and everything else appeared clean and in place.
