Another quality stay at the hotel. You’re not getting anything fancy. It’s a shower and a bed and clean room and good parking and super convenient parking and the most marvelous Thai food down the street and the oldest bar in Pasadena (the Colorado) about three blocks east and the best Mexican street cart across the road from the hotel serving up late night delights and it’s super good. Anyway, if you’re looking for a basic sleeping experience in a clean comfortable hotel , and don’t need fancy, then this is your spot.

N/A I thought the Pillows where a bit soft for my taste, I would have preffered a better set of pillow. I would have liked if we had more Toilet paper in the room the next time.

Cons - hard beds, and they roll away. Air conditioning might be dirty as we woke up with our throat feeling dry or dirt like if something stuck in our throat.

Nice property, nice location. Nothing bad to say. It was a good place and a good price. Felt safe and comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night, room was spacious, all lighting fixtures worked, laminate flooring, all areas well cleaned. Quiet location close to a mall with supermarket, pharmacy and some food choices, free on site parking. Liked almost everything except strange requirement upon check in to agree to pay $375 if fire alarm will be activated and very watery hand soap and shampoo that were splashing everywhere and leaking through fingers. Will stay again.

Superb

Location. The pipes were very loud and we heard absolutely everything from the room next door. It was impossible to sleep there, even with white noise on.

Room is clean, quiet area, beds are comfy. The room had refrigerator and microwave but the hair and shower gel was empty, I called front desk for refill but got no response. Was hoping to play water at the pool but it's under renovation

Good size room. Elevator present so easier to get suitcases upstairs. Clean and relatively comfortable. Staff was ok, but any questions you have, they send you to call management or booking.com. The rack for hanging clothes in our room was crooked and holding on to the wall for deal life. We didn't touch it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it fell out if anything was attempted to be hung on it.

Terrible experience. Will never stay again!!! Two weeks prior to booking the hotel I was told that the pool was in working order. Something told me to call the day before my stay. The pool was not in working order. Considering if an event happened prior to my check-in, it would’ve been nice to have been notified. Hyland still has not refunded my money. I ended up staying at Best Western Royal Inn
