Overall ok

the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work and the room was dirty as well as broken pieces of a bed thrown out in the halls. the worst part was an incident that happened in the "safe" parking lot. it was an emergency and rather have any sense of urgency to run the cameras back, the lady at the front desk got on the phone just to tell me I couldn't see the footage from seconds before despite someones life potentially being in danger. horrible stay. i left immediately after that happened which was around 12am

The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating! I was really impressed with how modern the room looked too. The location was good, just a short drive to downtown LA. I would definitely stay here again!

Inadequate parking and we were charged $100 per room security deposit without advance notice. My room had a false eyelash on the sink edge and long black hairs inside the bed. Lots of loud arguing between the management and someone every night.

Parking was v difficult, the space was primarily for a compact cars. If you have a car larger than mini, civic, etc, I’d highly discourage reservation. Paint by the room door was peeling. No tissues in the room. Parking area was messy (trash can was dumped, w life on the ground for a day +. Tv was good w many Chanel’s. Hot tub in the room was v nice. Freezer should be defrosted, all our food froze, and had to be thrown out. Great housekeeping staff.

It is not a safe environment for anyone. Owner, manager, and supporting staff allow anyone off of the street just to meet their numbers. I was forced to stay the whole weekend of Friday June 5-8. Expedia spoke with the owner and I was allowed to leave on Monday June 8, 2026. Then because I gave them a bad review, they charged me for 5 whole days and I checked out very early on Monday June 8, 2026. Only to find out that the owner had first agreed to reimburse me for a whole week, then turn around and deny me the 5 days. Don't stay here. Stay somewhere else. Corrupt ownershipe. No se queden aqui. El dueno es corupto.
