La Casa Inn

The rooms are quiet. There’s a Microwave & compact refrigerator in the room. Its low cost & convenience are its selling point. I would stay again.

This is a small, but nice hotel. It’s a cute little hotel. It’s very quiet and guests are considerate of other guests. Bonus partying. It’s in a conveniently placed spot in Pasadena, California. The beds are comfortable, you won’t wake up with aches or the noise of traffic. It’s like a little gem of hotels in Pasadena . One doesn’t have to worry about the sounds of elevators. It’s quite peaceful. It usually full to the capacity due to its reasonable pricing, and attentive staff. No foul or lingering odors. Clean hotel.

Room was not clean. One of the towels was dirty, wasn’t sure if it was makeup or blood. The shower tub was filthy. The bed sheets had bugs. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The sheets and pillowcases felt like table cloths. The pictures on their website were deceiving. I will not stay here again. Also, they charged 50 cents for some ice. That is absurd to me.

Furniture was a little old and damaged but the room was clean and the stay was quiet. Slept very well in the bed

Drawers were falling apart, carpet was not vacuumed completely, towels had a weird smell. The guy just gives you your card and room number when you check in with no additional information on checkout times or amenities or anything else. Walls and ceilings are extremely thin and you can hear just about everything including people walking.

Quiet.

The location is quiet. No elevator sounds. You can actually sleep quite well, here. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel was serviceable for what we needed, which was just a place to crash after a concert at the Rosebowl. It’s not particularly close to the Rosebowl area (about 12 min drive to the shuttles), which we knew at the time but we would have otherwise had a long, late drive home so we wanted to play it safe. We had our kids with us and all felt it was a safe area and a safe accommodation. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms could have been better maintained but it was a good, economical option for what we needed and we managed out expectations going into it.

It was horribly disgusting, dirty, inhabitable. We left within 20 minutes of checking in.

No ice machine, no laundry machine, pool is not available, not working. Loud noise coming from room 251, screaming, yelling, loud music until 3:00a.m., I end up falling front desk, no result.

I stood here on sunday and I was charged the deposit when i left nothing wrong! I called to ask why this was, he said cause i left early?! Really unreasonable. Also they have absolutely no water on the property which I’m pretty sure is necessary for hotels… DONT STAY HERE!

I am a repeat customer. The place is very safe and will use again!

Amazing location. Close to everything in pasadena and the staff was beyond friendly. The pool was closed but they said it was for renovations so I cant wait go back and see it open.

I’m glad I had wipes. Parking & check-out were easy.

It’s alright. Not very fancy but for the price, it’s okay.

No breakfast despite it being said so on their webpage cockroaches in room. Bathroom very nicely remodeled but it takes 15 minutes for the hot water to arrive Staff unhelpful to say the least
