Rooms are clean. The areas that need improvement: The Pool(closed), No Ice machine, Old & stained towels, No Coffee or mini breakfast offered.

Leaking toilet that wet the bathroom floor up and when I told the hotel attendant, they basically told me I got the value of the room. And then denied my refund.

Just a bed to sleep on - run down, restroom wasn't very clean. Does not look like the pictures.

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Check-in was smooth. The toilet bowl seat was loose (one of the screws was broken) and there was no body wash soap in the dispenser.

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. This hotel was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. Our original room, 127, had leaking faucets and a disgusting mildew smell that filled the entire room. We were moved to room 121, expecting the situation to improve. It somehow got worse. In room 121, the sink malfunctioned so badly that it began spraying water everywhere and damn near flooded the room. This is not a minor inconvenience. We were genuinely concerned about our belongings being damaged and the room flooding. We also repeatedly found bugs inside the room. The WiFi was unreliable and made it impossible for me to work, the TV did not work, and a light bulb went out during our stay. Basic things that should have been taken care of before renting the room were simply not taken care of. The property also had an extremely concerning amount of suspicious activity happening around it throughout our stay. There was so much going on that we did not feel comfortable or safe. I am not going to make accusations about specific individuals, but the environment was deeply concerning and absolutely not what anyone should expect when paying to stay at a hotel. What makes this even worse is that we paid for this stay expecting basic cleanliness, functioning plumbing, working amenities, reliable WiFi, and a reasonably safe environment. Instead, we got mildew, leaking fixtures, BUGS, a near-flooding incident, broken amenities, unreliable WiFi, and an environment that made us uncomfortable staying there. When we brought these problems to management, we were not given the level of compensation or resolution that would reasonably reflect how bad this experience was. I would strongly advise people NOT to book this hotel. Save yourself the money, stress, and headache. The pictures and expectations you have when booking do not prepare you for what you may actually encounter. This was not simply a disappointing hotel stay.

The rooms are quiet. There’s a Microwave & compact refrigerator in the room. Its low cost & convenience are its selling point. I would stay again.

This is a small, but nice hotel. It’s a cute little hotel. It’s very quiet and guests are considerate of other guests. Bonus partying. It’s in a conveniently placed spot in Pasadena, California. The beds are comfortable, you won’t wake up with aches or the noise of traffic. It’s like a little gem of hotels in Pasadena . One doesn’t have to worry about the sounds of elevators. It’s quite peaceful. It usually full to the capacity due to its reasonable pricing, and attentive staff. No foul or lingering odors. Clean hotel.

Room was not clean. One of the towels was dirty, wasn’t sure if it was makeup or blood. The shower tub was filthy. The bed sheets had bugs. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The sheets and pillowcases felt like table cloths. The pictures on their website were deceiving. I will not stay here again. Also, they charged 50 cents for some ice. That is absurd to me.

Furniture was a little old and damaged but the room was clean and the stay was quiet. Slept very well in the bed

Drawers were falling apart, carpet was not vacuumed completely, towels had a weird smell. The guy just gives you your card and room number when you check in with no additional information on checkout times or amenities or anything else. Walls and ceilings are extremely thin and you can hear just about everything including people walking.

Quiet.

The location is quiet. No elevator sounds. You can actually sleep quite well, here. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel was serviceable for what we needed, which was just a place to crash after a concert at the Rosebowl. It’s not particularly close to the Rosebowl area (about 12 min drive to the shuttles), which we knew at the time but we would have otherwise had a long, late drive home so we wanted to play it safe. We had our kids with us and all felt it was a safe area and a safe accommodation. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms could have been better maintained but it was a good, economical option for what we needed and we managed out expectations going into it.

It was horribly disgusting, dirty, inhabitable. We left within 20 minutes of checking in.

No ice machine, no laundry machine, pool is not available, not working. Loud noise coming from room 251, screaming, yelling, loud music until 3:00a.m., I end up falling front desk, no result.

I stood here on sunday and I was charged the deposit when i left nothing wrong! I called to ask why this was, he said cause i left early?! Really unreasonable. Also they have absolutely no water on the property which I’m pretty sure is necessary for hotels… DONT STAY HERE!
