It's not bad. Not gonna lie it was an accident, by the time I realized ... I just stayed This time was not cool at all but it didn't suck all around.

It’s pretty standard retail Hotel, under the brand name, everything is standardized, as a business traveler I get what I need. Parking in the back has a lot of spaces, and I can stay in the shed. My room is they required from any noise. In general, I’m pretty satisfied with everything. For some reason I have never tried a breakfast, so I have no idea how good it is. I want to extend it one more week but the room was no longer available. I have to check out anyway. It’s on my list to stay in Pasadena.

Staff was friendly, pool needs to be cleaned up more often. We had a nice stay and bed were comfortable.

Room smelled of something foul but I ignored because the air conditioning was superb. The bathroom was still a little dirty and had to call front desk to bring towels and soap but that was ok because that air conditioner was ice cold— made me forget about the little problems with this hotel. Also there’s a $100 deposit for these $99 rooms . Ridiculous. But alas - the a/c kept me satisfied.

They have laundry machines that work for $2.00. This is a good convenience and saves time. Stu

The sink was clogged and also had a huge crack. The shower head has a weak flow. Parking was a huge pain at night. The lot filled quickly, which made us nervous when arriving late. There are some U-Haul trucks parked inside that made me wonder if they also ran a u-haul rental business out of the place. The breakfast was not good. Warm coffee, pastries, and cereal. Next time, I’ll spend more for a better place.

Top notch Ramada in Pasadena. Well, at least for us it was.

The crown molding was coming off of the wall. The bed creaked when you move and it was a twin bed, not a queen as advertised. The shower fixtures did not work properly and the shower head was way too low.

The bathroom was small and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up on its own.

Close to Cal Tech! Upon arrival we were unable to secure the porters trolley to take things to our room. The attendant did not get another for us , instead he insisted we go to the second floor , where it was kept. I told him we were there first and that we had rights to the first porters trolley being occupied by someone who grabbed it whilst we checked in. The attendant sighed and finally said he would get us the second one, located somewhere on the second floor. The power went off for a few hours. No one came to check on the residents to explain what was happening or if we were ok. The floors in our room were so dirty that we had to clean our feet each time we got into bed.

Простой, но комфортный отель. Завтрак имеется. Для путешествий подходящий отель, чистое постельное бельё, горячая вода, приветливый персонал. Рекомендую. Когда буду ещё в Калифорнии, с удовольствием остановлюсь в таком отеле.

When I first checked in to my room the room had crumbs all over the floor and on the bed I asked if I can switch rooms and the second room had a filthy dirty towel with hair all on it stuffed in the refrigerator! Also there was dust and crumbs on the floor in that room too. Then I was given a third room, and the third room had weird stains on the mattress cover. I also found urine and toilet paper still in the toilet. I called downstairs to get someone up to clean the toilet, and change the sheets I didn't feel comfortable with a dirty toilet and sheets, they sent a girl up with a dirty rag no cleaner and she flushed the toilet and wiped down, no sanitizing whatsoever. I reported what I witnessed, and another woman showed up to the room with a baby on her hip. She was rude and very disrespectful and asked me to leave because in her words she said that I was being difficult, picky and looking for things to be wrong with the room, but all I wanted was a clean room, that I can feel comfortable sleeping in. As I was talking this woman turned around and walked away from me as I was still talking to her, she got on the phone and started talking about me and she was walking away. I spoke up and I said out loud that I wouldn't be complaining if the rooms were clean from the start. I had some other choice words for her as she walked away phone to her ear and baby on her hip. This place is disgusting in several ways stemming from staff rudeness, and cleanliness of the rooms!

The fridge in the room is leaking water and it was a towel in there just like the water out then someone turn it off so I have no fridge. It was broken window that needs to be repaired. This place needs some help.

They charged me 100 on July 2 and 100 on July 3 for charges I don't know what for.

- No Towels, No Toiletries when we entered the room - Small Room and really dirty and old fabric of couch and chairs - AC fans right in front of the office chair blowinng cold air right on the face making it difficult to even taking meetings - No complimentry Water bottle - Breakfast ( Pathetic ) -- We ate outside - Water Despenser - High TDS water taste from despenser. Had to request for opening the door to get water - Very Small Swimming Pool - Very small restroom and bathing area - Super Old Building Next Day - - No power while i had to get ready and go for an important meeting. - Could not iron the clothes so left in the clothes i was wearing - Asked the reception about power and they do no thave backup sysyem Breakfast Quality - - Very low quality Muffins, - No Boiled Eggs - No refills - No Coffee Machine - Small area for dining - SMall Green Baby Apples as fruits and nothing. Overall Exp - Worst.
