Dirty and rude staff stay

I hate writing a review like this, but for the price it was not worth it. The room that we had was run down. There were holes in the walls and broken fixtures. The floors were filthy and the rooms had no towels or the usual soap and shampoo. We asked for trash bags for the cans and they said they don't supply those . The staff was very friendly and helpful but the management of the hotel itself should be better. The pool area was cleaner and well kept than the room.

Mold in shower, sink backed up and front desk refused to fix it, no towels, light fixtures hanging from ceiling, strong smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room.

It was a VERY comfortable bed and the room was cozy They forgot our towels the entire stay

The location was great and the rooms were nice.

Wish room were cleaner.

It's not bad. Not gonna lie it was an accident, by the time I realized ... I just stayed This time was not cool at all but it didn't suck all around.

the bathroom needed several repairs (toilet paper holder was broken and shower knob was loose)

Upon checking in to the room I had notice a few mold marks one begin in the shower and the others underneath the counter from previous guest. I also didnt like the discouragement from staying busy in the room and focusing on coursework.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

It’s pretty standard retail Hotel, under the brand name, everything is standardized, as a business traveler I get what I need. Parking in the back has a lot of spaces, and I can stay in the shed. My room is they required from any noise. In general, I’m pretty satisfied with everything. For some reason I have never tried a breakfast, so I have no idea how good it is. I want to extend it one more week but the room was no longer available. I have to check out anyway. It’s on my list to stay in Pasadena.

Staff was friendly, pool needs to be cleaned up more often. We had a nice stay and bed were comfortable.

Passable

Room smelled of something foul but I ignored because the air conditioning was superb. The bathroom was still a little dirty and had to call front desk to bring towels and soap but that was ok because that air conditioner was ice cold— made me forget about the little problems with this hotel. Also there’s a $100 deposit for these $99 rooms . Ridiculous. But alas - the a/c kept me satisfied.

They have laundry machines that work for $2.00. This is a good convenience and saves time. Stu

The sink was clogged and also had a huge crack. The shower head has a weak flow. Parking was a huge pain at night. The lot filled quickly, which made us nervous when arriving late. There are some U-Haul trucks parked inside that made me wonder if they also ran a u-haul rental business out of the place. The breakfast was not good. Warm coffee, pastries, and cereal. Next time, I’ll spend more for a better place.
