I was asked for a $100.00 deposit if all went well they would refund it this has never happened to me The bathroom door was rotten at the bottom The stairway needs needs a good scrubbing

Served the purpose. , bed could have been better.

We opened the door and discovered a stripped bed with dirty mattress exposed and dirty sheets on top of the lamp table! My husband and I were horrified. We immediately left and went to the office to tell the attendant. He casually says "Oh it's because the cleaning lady hasn't got to your room yet." There was no apology. Then another customer came in with the sane issue! And the attendant replied with the same explanation! My husband asked "Howv is this going to be remedied?" To which the attendant replied "I'm working on it". I heard him call the maid and told her to drop what she's doing and go clean 2 rooms ASAP. He then gave us new room cards to another room. We go into the new room and discover a filthy floor and no towels whatsoever! And something weird was that there were 2 tvs against each other and 2 remotes. My husband called the front desk and had to order towels. In the morning when I got up, there was a spider crawling across my chest! This was by far the worst experience ever!!! Filthy rooms, dirty mattress exposed with dirty sheets tossed on top of the lamp table! No towels whatsoever, no apology from staff. Still charged the same room rate as though we had a normally clean room!!

Dangerous, absolutely do not stay here.

Afraid to touch the floor with my bare feet. Hair and pubes all along walls and corners. Shit on the wall in bathroom. Gave us the dirtiest room when there was plenty open rooms .

I hate writing a review like this, but for the price it was not worth it. The room that we had was run down. There were holes in the walls and broken fixtures. The floors were filthy and the rooms had no towels or the usual soap and shampoo. We asked for trash bags for the cans and they said they don't supply those . The staff was very friendly and helpful but the management of the hotel itself should be better. The pool area was cleaner and well kept than the room.

Old dated furniture in the room although so far most items are clean except of those towels, not sure of 100% sterility and avoiding to use them Of course this is a 2 star hotel, not much of extra expectations, fitting the basic needs to stay 1-2 nights

Mold in shower, sink backed up and front desk refused to fix it, no towels, light fixtures hanging from ceiling, strong smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room.

They REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND even tho I had COVID-19 so DO NO STAY HERE! They are okay with SICK PEOPLE COMING REGARDLESS of their health conditions!!
