Ramada by Wyndham Pasadena

I checked in on Friday, June 26, 2026, for a five-night stay, but checked out the very next day because I no longer felt safe. The hotel's condition was far below what was advertised. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and appeared neglected throughout the property. One of the most alarming things I observed was what appeared to be a bullet hole in my window, which I discovered the following day. Along with the hotel's overall condition, this made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, so I decided to leave early. I requested a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel refused. Expedia also contacted the hotel on my behalf to advocate for a refund, but the request was still denied. I was ultimately advised to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I've included photos on Google so others can make an informed decision before booking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Honestly the pictures were very outdated as the room was in pretty poor condition. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Room still did the trick for the weekend as intended. Beds were comfy. Shower worked great! Breakfast had good options including waffles. Was very thankful we could check in late. Wish we had more time to check out the pool and hot tub. Other than the room being a little dirty, we had a great stay! No bugs.

Parking was a hassle but not because of property but because people insist on big trucks. A really quiet and nice neighborhood. Beds are really comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location not to far from Arcadia high school The parking is a bit small so if you get back really late you might have to park on the outside of the property

Overall good place to stay

This was a big surprise. I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff was excellent, the rate was good, the room exceeded expectations. The hotel looks a little older on the outside, but it was conveniently located exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had a very good variety. I wish they had scrambled eggs rather than the hard boiled that they served.

My friends had to move rooms because of noise! Panhandlers all around! Had to ask for any shower towels. The two small hand towels in bathroom had stains on them and did not look clean. The breakfast selection was so horrible we chose not to eat the free breakfast. I would not choose to stay here again.

Plenty of parking adjacent to rooms. Laundry service was good. Room was aged. There was damaged furniture surfaces. Shower fixtures were functional were in need of attention.

Went with my friends on a guys trip and we stayed in 2 rooms, comfiest and best rooms we’ve ever stayed at, guy at the front desk was very awesome and helpful. 10/10 would go again and recommend

I got the room for a very good price and was surprised that I got more than I expected. The room was clean, the friendly staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

The room was spacious and beds were large. Breakfast was good with a good timing. When we entered the room we found out that someone has been smoking inside.

My last night I was bitten several times I believe we're bed bug infestation

Everything Pool needs cleaned out Jacuzzi as well

Exceeded my expectations for what I paid. The breakfast had a very good variety and the waffles and eggs were a bonus. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, supermarket, and shops. Furniture is bit dated but everything was working and in decent condition

La zona de la lavanderia esta abierta, no esta dentro de un cuarto con llave solo para los inquilinos. Las lavadoras son viejas y las secadoras de ropa no secan y se ven toallas sucias de los inquilinos, no hay orden. El personal de limpieza no te dan papel higienico, ni toallas, ni champoo; esto hay que pedirlo en el lobbie. Los cuartos de dos camas del segundo piso no tienen buena vista.
