Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW - Peachtree City by IHG

The staff was very kind and helpful when I checked in . I did ask about handicap parking and they said not to worry there was plenty. There was not because other non handicap people took the parking closest to the entrance and again, it’s so spread out and its good walk regardless. I’m sure if I were younger this may have been just fine but both of us in late 60’s and 70’s it was not convenient at all. I do appreciate the card and plant sent by the hotel staff regarding our stay for my Sisters funeral. It was extremely thoughtful and kind and I will plant this as a reminder of her and how much she loved flowers. Thank you again but this hotel is not for Seniors at all. Debi Griffin

Clean room, kind helpful staff, Just off the freeway, but 10 minutes to city center.

The room was clean however the curtains were difficult to open and close because the rod used was to do this function had torn up curtains that was a little disappointing for such a nice hotel and surrounding area was so nice. they also failed to leave enough towels and hand towels and was cloths after servicing my room and we had to call for some to be brought to us. It was done quickly and that we did appreciate very much. We didn't buy the breakfast package this stay as i felt it wasn't worth the amount of money being charged.

Older facility but room are excellent and it is very clean. Rooms to have recently updated. Staff was very helpful.

The property was peaceful and beautiful. My family and I truly enjoyed our 4 day stay at this location. The bar & food was great.

Stayed there 3 times, loved every stay, just hate that I forgot my phone charger and didn't get it back.

I would never stay here again. I opted for the "premium room, lake view," and got a shoe box with a pond-view window. Total rip off. There are a lot cheaper chain hotels in the area that would have been much preferred.

Excellent in all aspects

Everything was great! Beautiful , lush landscaping with, but you’re within minutes of anything you need!

Overall the restaurant and bar were quit good. We ate three evening meals in (or from) the restaurant, and all three were delicious! With one exception, everything about the room was comfortable and exceeded expectations. Only the bathroom lighting was inadequate. It needed some direct light on the mirror. Without it shaving was awkward. The room was cleaned only once during my 4-night stay, which was okay but I really would have liked the trash cans emptied every day. The one cleaning was very thorough—obviously the cleaner takes pride in his/her work. Kudos for your fitness center and pool. The surrounding area is also nice for walking. And the Tesla chargers were a nice surprise. I used one every day.

The pool was amazing as it was warm and clean. They also opened the doors to get fresh air into the pool❣️

Peaceful, beautiful woodsy location with pond. Food was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. Had pool tables, foosball, and big scrabble board. Bathroom sink drained slowly.

A very nice tucked away hotel. Almost like a resort. Food can be pricey but good. Front desk workers are friendly. A worker named Met was absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond to help me with a cart rental. Drove me around town above his call of duty. Lana front desk manager render platinum customer service the entire stay.

Rooms assigned to us were not accommodating for frail adults and individuals with disabilities.
