Sleep Inn Peachtree City - Atlanta

I booked for two days just for some rest and relaxation with my special friend it was amazing quiet and romantic we ordered food in and we didn’t leave the room until check out we most definitely will book again and take advantage of the restaurants that are in walking distance which I think is a plus.

Clean room, staf, parking

Location is really good. It’s close to shops and restaurants and in a very well to do area however the hotel itself is tired and in need of a make over. Not terrible but not good either. The room was just ok but it smelled and the bed was worn out. Like I said it’s close to a lot of good things but it need a major renovation.

Great breakfast! Quiet rooms and comfortable beds

Had technology issues however: main guest computer was broken and it took several times to get somebody to understand that it you couldn't log into it and all they would say is we're just going to order a new one sometime. The key cards only work for one day on a three night stay so I had to get them reprogrammed. The telephone didn't work and after one night the TV wouldn't work because it said it couldn't find any channels but you couldn't program anything without the manufacturer's remote which everyone kept saying was locked in an office and they had no access to. Did you not have staff after hours and overnight that know how to use the front desk computers and we'll just tell you you'll have to come back in the morning to talk to the management.

My family and I stayed 13 nights. The staff was awesome and very helpful! Breakfast was great!

The staff was very helpful and professional property welll maintained excellent customer service the lady in the breakfast area was very professional and polite with the customers service she made you want to always visit and stay at sleep inn peachtree city hotel. Great stay! Clean room, good continental breakfast. Great attendant managing breakfast, very helpful. Great location, minutes away from food & shopping. Other than Wi-Fi interruption that was later resolved; we had no complaints! I would recommend & stay again.

Noisy Air Conditioner and pocket door that didn't open or close easily. No fresh coffee

Room smelled of decay, water damage, bad paint job over all old walls with horrible barn door bathroom door. Shower dirty, noted mold spots and stains on bottom. The coffee pot at breakfast was broke. Room door was not hung safely. Need a total remodel with new drawers, cabinets, showers, bathroom and beds. Clean up the wet dead bug moisture smell, was aweful!!
