The biggest positive was the bed. It was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. There was a sign on our floor indicating an ice machine, but there wasn't actually one there, so we had to search elsewhere in the hotel. As someone with pet allergies, I struggled all weekend because there were dogs throughout the property. I recognize that's on me for booking a pet friendly hotel, but it's something other allergy sufferers should be aware of. There was also no mirror in either of our rooms other than the bathroom mirror, which made getting ready difficult when multiple people were sharing a room. My sister's room had a hole in the wall, and we noticed bugs during our stay. The most disappointing part was the customer service. Several interactions with staff felt disingenuous, and we were charged $25 per room for a noon checkout, despite being told a 30 minute extension past the standard checkout was complimentary. Overall, we won't be staying at this property again.

pool needs to be cleaned thoroughly...

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a power outage which resulted in the TV not working at some point during the early morning hours. I let the staff know because something needed to be reset.

The hotel was great…I only gave it a four because it was a large property and it was hard to navigate. We got there a night time and found it difficult to find the entrance. There are a lot of hallways and it’s like a maze. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was nice when we found it.

Breakfast buffet is absolutely great! Made-to-order omelet maker is the Best. Bar staff is very congenial. Housekeeping: all smiling and easy to talk to.

I did not like how at other hiltons we are able to have free breakfast but hear we had to pay all the other amenities were a little hard to enjoy with all children screaming and running up and down the hallways

Relatively new property, nice pool and comfortable bed.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Beautiful setting Rooms are very nice. Love the bedding. Only suggestion for improvement is for staff to clean/update the patios/balconies off the room.

This is an amazing place to stay for a concert or conference. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have balconies with views. The hotel is situated in the city but you would never know that once you drive up to it. It is completely surrounded by trees and nature. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The only concern I wanted to mention is that we ordered room service on Friday night, and the food tray remained outside our door in the hallway until Sunday. Unfortunately, it created an unpleasant odor. Also, when we checked out this morning, one of the metal food covers was still in our room, even though the room had been cleaned on both Saturday and Sunday. Aside from that issue, everything else about the stay was great.

Great place to stay
-
The tub was filthy and it was late at night and I didn’t have a chance to call housekeeping. It was only gonna be for one night anyway the breakfast was disgusting and overpriced.

The front desk man was in need of some serious hospitality training. He was downright terrible.

Check in was a little awkward as you pull into an area that says no parking. The front office was no where near the parking lot. There was what I TBKUHHJ
