Mattress very uncomfortable, requested additional towels, etc., was told house keeping was very busy, never received items requested.

This is my second time that the air wasn’t working properly. I had to go buy a fan because it was so hot in the room, they told me they would send someone up and they never did. They did the same thing to me last year.

We had a great stay for my birthday. The staff is amazing from front desk to the restaurant if you had a question they would help you out freely. We were very impressed with the whole place.

We had an exceptional two-day stay, amd the garden-like setting beckoned us to get out and walk.

The air conditioner in my room kept me up most of the night. Very noisy when shutting off. Breakfast option is very expensive. Everything was clean and I like the balcony!
