No power cord for the television. Power window shade not operational. Tub/shower was extremely slippery, water pressure was non-existent. It was quiet, staff was polite

Was put on the ground floor (only 2 floors). Room could use some refreshing

I want to preface this by saying the hotel front desk staff we encountered were incredible and completely apologetic and they couldn’t do anything. Expedia is definitely the one to blame on this one! We booked our room for our family through Expedia with the understanding the pool is open and operational. Pictures online show a nice clean pool. The hotel had great reviews on Expedia and we were very excited for our trip. We get there and get checked in and go to our room with our kids and the tub looks like it hasn’t been cleaned and there is a bottle of Makers Mark in the room on the floor. My son climbs in the bed and it is pretty damp as well. My husband takes the bottle downstairs and the front desk staff is very apologetic about it being in there and we leave to get some food. We come back and decide to check out the pool. The pool is literally green with visible wildlife (tadpoles and bugs) in the pool.. front desk staff says someone was there that morning but basically don’t know when we will be able to swim in it. Needless to say Expedia is not transparent whatsoever when it comes to current conditions of hotels and we had to change hotels mid trip because of this. Waste of money and Very very disappointed..

great breakfast Better signage would help. Hard for first timers to find.
-
The only thing we didn't like was the ice machine on the first floor was out. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious on both mornings. We feel that all our needs were met.

Friendly staff - clean room and great breakfast. Nice place to stay.

It was clean and the breakfast was good! Nice location. Staff was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable, noticed some mold on ceiling in bathroom

Daysha was amazing and very friendly!

The front desk woman Monica was great, we had some sugar ants in the first room, so she changed us to another room. The conversation was helpful and she was very apologetic. The breakfast attendant Amy was also helpful!! I’m not able to eat any fake sugars, and I was worried about the yogurt that they had there as it wasn’t labeled. Amy went above and beyond to find all ingredients in the yogurt, just to make sure that I was able to eat it with no problems. This is also one of the only hotels that I’ve seen with about five or six different fruits available besides your normal apples and oranges at breakfast.

My wife had requested a handicap room and was assured one was available during the call when reservation was made. However, when we got to the hotel, they had no handicap rooms. When we asked the clerk why someone will tell us they had handicap accessible room with a shower when they knew there were no such room. She had no idea why we were told that. Everything else was fine; clean room, polite staff and filling breakfast.

Nice sleeping beds, no bed bugs.

Excellent property! We stayed for 4 nights to attend some events in the area. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, the hotel was well kept, and we weren’t bothered by noise (inside or outside). Would absolutely stay here again.

The hospitality, friendliness, and they have breakfast ready at 6am. And in walking distance of our convention. Nothing, everything was perfect!!
