One night stay. Property was clean and quiet, staff was welcoming and courteous.

Great location, super clean, great staff!

The room and grounds were very clean. Very “sterile” feeling though. The room was huge but it echoed every single noise!! You need your room key the get past the front desk and there are signs at every parking space that say “park at your own risk” which makes me think there are issues with safety. I didn’t have any issues nor did the neighborhood seem sketchy but it did put me on alert as I was traveling alone. There are lots of places to eat nearby that are walkable as well.

Wonderful staff and very clean 👌

I chose this property because of the pet friendly environment with the tile floors in the rooms. The small refrigerator/freezer and the microwave were a nice bonus too. The only downside was when I used a cloth to wipe up a water spill and the cloth became black with filth on the floor. I think that floor may not have been mopped in a month!

The hotel was clean. The staff was great. But those beds were horrible. Hard as a rock!!!

I didn't realize it was an extended stay, but no problem. Felt like a mid-way point from Extend America and a Day's Inn. Facility was brand new, so high score there. Its in Jackson Mississippi, so Im curious why the air conditioners don't take the moisture out of the air. My daughter had damp jeans that would typically dry over night. In the morning, the jeans had absorbed additional moisture. The room NEVER got to a comfortable temperature or reasonable humidity level. Thermostat said 65 in July but felt muggy and awful. Double room only gave us two towels. I asked for an additional towel and was told they were running low. Not cool. The room has only a bar of soap in it, nothing else (don't forget anything or you're hosed). Room doesn't have an iron. They did have a GREAT laundry facility inside open 24hrs at great price points (we didn't need it, although I should have spent the $3 to dry my daughter's jeans). Biggest negative was the morning coffee situation (aside from my daughter ticked they didn't have an iron). Coffee isn't served in the lobby until 7am. 7am? Most people are gone by 7am. There were like 8 people sitting in the lobby at 6:30 just salivating for a cup of coffee that might never arrive. No coffee machines in the rooms, either, very sparse. Place is ok if you need literally bare bones. Plan well and you'll be fine, unless indoor humidity is an issue for you. Also, no black-out curtains - room looked like vegas inside; it was so bright from street lights

The room was cleaner and staff helpful, but beds uncomfortable and the frame is very squeaky. Made a noise everytime anyone moves. The blinds does not block light. No breakfast.

Beds were loud and moved around very easily from just sitting on it. Made noise every time you moved. Woke up constantly because of it. No coffee till after 7am. No shampoo or conditioner. Minimal towels and they did not want you to have more. It was clean but very basic accommodations.

I was there to catch a flight and it was in the perfect location for a great dinner and access to the airport for an early morning departure.

Property is good and clean but some of the staff are not polite and friendly. I stayed there for 4 days ( 28 June 26. - 3 July 26). For cleaning every time I have to ask for broom and stuffs which they were not were willing to give easily or have to return right away. For short stay people they have to take care of cleaning at-least on daily basis or provide general cleaning stuffs.

I was surprised to learn that housekeeping doesn't change sheets or towels unless you're staying 14 days or more. If you want clean linens before then, you're charged $25, which seems unreasonable. The pet fee was also confusing. At check-in, I was told it would be $20, but because the charge didn't process, I returned the next morning and was charged $60 with no explanation for the $40 increase. There was no liquid hand soap provided, unlike most hotels I've stayed at. When I asked housekeeping for assistance, I was simply told to go to the front desk instead of receiving any help. Customer service from the cleaning staff was disappointing. The air conditioning also struggled to keep the room cool. It ran constantly, but the room remained warm, likely because there are no curtains to block the afternoon sun. Overall, this hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay, but I would not recommend it for an extended stay. The housekeeping policy, unexpected fees, lack of basic amenities, and poor customer service have convinced me that I won't be staying here again.

Nice room.. Newer property still in good condition. No breakfast at this location..

Hotel had limited amenities. Bathroom was a bit dirty and my skin broke out severely after sleeping under the covers. Only one elevator is in service. No breakfast.

I was double charged for my reservation. Hotels.com nor the property was helpful.
