Great place to stop over night.

The body wash bottle was empty and I jerked it off the wall accidentally. I went down at 8:45 to order food that was open until 9 pm and he told me he was not taking any more orders

It seems to be a pretty good hotel for business trips but I wouldn't say it was that great for families.

Clean Nothing

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The parking lot was full of people just hanging around playing loud music and there was someone in the parking lot just screaming. So not great. There is no breakfast bar and there is no complementary coffee. I'm usually impressed with courtyard Marriott but this was just average

They need a better ventilation system; there was a smell of weed coming through the vents for several hours in the evening. The elevators are also terrifying; both of them shake more than just a little when you get to your floor. The ice machine's ice had a few black specks in some of the cubes. Starbucks coffee was great, bar/bistro staff nice. Food was well presented, but lower quality.

The room was clean and up to date. It was helpful there was a microwave in the room cause of little ones.

I love Courtyard by Marriott. Staff at this location were friendly, but not nearly as helpful as the staff at the Courtyard we stayed at in Tallahassee. Our room had a bit of an odd smell but we never said anything. Otherwise, the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. These hotels have a nice snack bar where you can purchase drinks, snacks, alcohol and some toiletries and other supplies at a reasonable price. I needed a razor and they had extra behind the desk for guests, I’m sure there are some other things they keep on hand for guests too. I just always feel taken care of at these hotels.

Property was great and up to par

Me and my family enjoyed the outdoor pool and fire pit area When we arrived we were given keys to our room but it wasn’t clean and we waiting in the hallway while she had to find someone to clean it.

The staff at front desk were so very friendly and helpful . My room was very clean .

Room was hot and tv didn’t work

The air unit did not go below 71, so that was not great. Everything else was nice
