Great...they asked for my credit card again. I told them I had booked with Engine ...which didn't mean much to them.

I had to cancel my reservation due to a medical emergency and at least had the decency to call and let them know. Was told to get my refund through Expedia and now the hotel wont take any of their communication attempts. Pathetic customer service to say the least.

The body wash bottle was empty and I jerked it off the wall accidentally. I went down at 8:45 to order food that was open until 9 pm and he told me he was not taking any more orders

It seems to be a pretty good hotel for business trips but I wouldn't say it was that great for families.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The parking lot was full of people just hanging around playing loud music and there was someone in the parking lot just screaming. So not great. There is no breakfast bar and there is no complementary coffee. I'm usually impressed with courtyard Marriott but this was just average
