Staff were the only disappointment. Not engaged, not helpful, unconcerned. Room clean, bed clean. Only 1 night-fine.

We were sent down street to another hotel after our confirmed room reservation was booked and paid for. We even stated that we would be late arriving but upon arrival our room was booked to someone else. Therefore their company was booked and paid for by two different people.
