DO NOT EVER GET A ROOM HERE!!! I pulled up with my teenager children(ages 15 and 13), and I was HORRIFIED!! The first room we were given was DISGUSTING with an overpowering smell of mold and cigarette smoke. The blankets were filthy! To add insult to injury, there were no working lights! When we reported the rooms to the management (a husband and wife who were agitated that we kept interrupting their television show), gave us another room. We were informed that we must “press hard” on the door to get it open. Well, after a disheveled gentleman at the top of the stairs who seemed to be inebriated out of his mind refused let us pass, we went around to the other stairwell. This room was WORSE!! Live (and DEAD) roaches crawling everywhere…a thick, putrid musty smell, filthy floors and blankets! I cried and DEMANDED my refund immediately! The owners obliged. Hotels.com, I was told needed to issue the refund and call them. I contacted Hotels.com, and they claimed they could not get the owners to answer for them. I drove BACK to the office because they were RIGHT at the phone!! As I walked in, the owner scrambled to the phone. I waited RIGHT THERE until my money hit my account. Now, I am skeptical about Hotels.com being a scam!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

The room was not cleaned properly and the service was not all that great either

The toilet flush doesn’t work. After asking for a fix, they suggested removing the tank cover and using it manually by using a rope. I stayed there for 2 nights couldn’t able to use the toilet.

The location in the center of town is perfect. Ownership has zero concern for the occupants, rude staff, broken appliances, TV did not work, overall it is a terrible stay unless you have no choice.
