Hampton Inn Jackson/Pearl-International Airport

The pool was dirty. It needed a very serious skimming and cleaning. Ask the front desk for quarters so that I could do the laundry while I was there and they did not have the change for it. The room was very nice very comfortable however, The bathroom was supposed to be handicap accessible, but the toilet was better suited for a grade school level bathroom. It was difficult to get seated and very difficult to stand up from. I also feel as I can handicap person that one grab bar in a bathtub is not really handicap accessible.

The service was really good !! All people who worked there were gentle .

It was close to my destination The bed wasn’t as comfortable and the last week my company put me in a Holiday Inn right up the road and it ended up being cheaper and better comfort

The front desk associate who checked us in was incredibly friendly and very helpful.

Housekeeping staff was helpful and courteous.

Not a bad breakfast for hotel continental. Filled me up for my drive. Coffee was good as well. Rooms a bit dusty and dated, but that is expected at this price point. Rooms were clean, to be clear, but just a little old and not fresh

the room had needed repairs, the night stand was badly damaged, their was a crack in the ceiling, and a hole in the wall.
