Comfort Inn Pearl-Jackson

I stayed here all night and it was absolutely wonderful for the price. I have no negative things to say the staff was nice. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and then we got up the next morning and continue on our trip.

Room was fine once we were able to finally get in as the door lock didn’t work right and they messed up the programming of the card Keys. All the ice machines on multiple floors were off and sitting in big leaking puddles of water…..very run down overall. I was disappointed.

Older remodeled property. Poor workmanship. Carpet dirty in room and hallway.

Photos on the Hotels.com site look better that the actual hotel, somewhat misleading,needs to be updated and the staff was pitiful. The shower head and devertervale leaked and sprayed water everywhere.

Room and hallway smelled like cigarettes but it was clean. Air conditioning hit!!! I loved the channels on tv. Great pool but it stinks out there for some reason smells like sewage. Not enough towels. Also curtain didn’t close on the window. Great price for what you get though.

There several things in the room needing repair

I have not been this disappointed in a hotel room in quite some time. Dirty room (at least the one I was given) Baseboards falling off, Mold along the floor and around the ac unit. Generally, a hotel will have hot coffee 24 hours a day, not this one. Regretting my decision to pay a little more when I could have been similarly disappointed at the motel 6. 3/10 would not recommend.

Staff was extremely kind and friendly. Hotel smelled clean. My room had a jacuzzi tub in middle of bedroom- odd. Hotel was in a perfect location for a solo traveler. Many things around and easy to get to. Breakfast was typical continental and ready early in the morning before my departure. I would stay here again.

Beware! This property was dirty!! We had to clean our own bathroom. The only reason we went ahead and stayed was because it was after midnight when we arrived. The staff was not helpful at all. They said they were booked so there was nothing they could do about it. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but cancelled the next night. We expressed all of our concerns to the staff upon leaving and called back twice to see about a refund. They refused to do anything about it, didn't seem to care, and hung up the phone abruptly. We will not be staying here again!!

The stay was just okay. Nothing to brag about. Facility could use make over or maintenance crew to address maintenance issues

This hotel was very run down and dirty. There were many ceiling tiles with water stains and parts of the wall falling apart. The room had peeling wall paper and smelled moldy.

Could have been better with the cleaning of the room.

The room had a funny odor to the room. Additionally, the curtains had a lot of dirty areas at the hem of all the curtains. The bathroom had no vents to where moist air could be released. So the mold would start. Luckily, I carry Lysol disinfectinct spray and bleach wripes. The staff was nice and they did keep the common areas clean. Breakfast was fair. I know next year I will be in the area for my organization session. I will not be back to this Comfort Inn. This is most disappointing Comfort Inn I have been in. I spent more time cleaning the room than being in it!
