Comfort Inn Pearl-Jackson

Beware! This property was dirty!! We had to clean our own bathroom. The only reason we went ahead and stayed was because it was after midnight when we arrived. The staff was not helpful at all. They said they were booked so there was nothing they could do about it. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but cancelled the next night. We expressed all of our concerns to the staff upon leaving and called back twice to see about a refund. They refused to do anything about it, didn't seem to care, and hung up the phone abruptly. We will not be staying here again!!

The stay was just okay. Nothing to brag about. Facility could use make over or maintenance crew to address maintenance issues

This hotel was very run down and dirty. There were many ceiling tiles with water stains and parts of the wall falling apart. The room had peeling wall paper and smelled moldy.

Could have been better with the cleaning of the room.

The room had a funny odor to the room. Additionally, the curtains had a lot of dirty areas at the hem of all the curtains. The bathroom had no vents to where moist air could be released. So the mold would start. Luckily, I carry Lysol disinfectinct spray and bleach wripes. The staff was nice and they did keep the common areas clean. Breakfast was fair. I know next year I will be in the area for my organization session. I will not be back to this Comfort Inn. This is most disappointing Comfort Inn I have been in. I spent more time cleaning the room than being in it!

The staff was nice. The room was ok, but our toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Someone also spilled ketchup in the hallway so I told the front desk. It was still there in the morning. My husband went to get coffee a few minutes before 6am and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though it says coffee 24/7.

The area, pool, staff as well... Dirty room ,had to get moved twice at check -in due to door, and AC out in my 2nd room .So finally the 3rd room it was a handicapped room that was filthy... Not clean at all and toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down.. Couldn't have been way better .. Reminded me of Motel 6 not great .. The bed was hard not comfortable at all...

It’s an old Motel. We had a room with kingsize bed. Bed was clean. Shower was OK-ish but had no venting. Outside Pool was dirty and had quit a few loose stones.

It seemed clean just more of a run down building. But then we had a spider on the way by the bed.

The experience was as basic as it comes! Nothing major for the price. I needed something quick and affordable and that’s what I got! Location great, no complications! Breakfast was all microwaveable for sure! Had I had more time and money, I definitely would have chosen a better hotel!

Its been over a month and half and I never received any help regarding my unpleasant stay at this property The room was filthy, with mold on the bathroom shower. I took over 30 photos and wish I could upload them all. The refrigerator had a water leak, as did the air conditioning unit. Overall, the stay was terrible.
