Drove 9 hours for them to tell me I didn't have my room. Had 3 travelers and purchased a 2 bed room and they stuck us in a nasty one bed the door handle to the bathroom was broke, conditioner was empty and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Refused to accommodate. Kept saying but it's a sweet. Which meant nothing to me.

It was a nice clean stay. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Very quiet. Staff was great also.

The hotel is in major need of an update — it feels very dirty. Breakfast is inedible and the pool looked gross. Staff was okay. Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall stay was ok but towels were very dingy and discolored.

The carpet had horrible smell, look like mold on the wall that was painted over. Towels turned brown when we put water on them. Was given a different room that was much better but still had a little smell but not horrible and the towels were better.

Cleanup crew, missed that. Front counter often times are not present to Checkout. Will not return

The room smelled terrible and so does the carpets.. they triggered my allergies. The table , the chair the tv stand all broken and have rotten wood spots allover them, there were all sorts of dark stains on the window curtains, loveseat, walls… just nasty all the way around.

This place is a dump the shower head was broken just hanging in the shower the room was dirty and it smells like mold throughout the entire hotel

Never Again! We were initially checked in to room 121. The AC control panel was completely worn to buttons & lights. We had no way to knowingly set our room temp. We asked for another room & front desk reluctantly accomodated. Next room was ok. As I was fixing breakfast plate next morning, cleaning staff was visibly monitoring my selections. I ignored her & the disgusted look on her face. Ice machine on 1st floor was not working & looked in dire need of repair. Fellow hotel guest told me the 3rd floor Ice machine looked just as bad, but had ice. We've stayed at Comfort Inn's before, but this has to be the worst kept we've ever seen. As we were attempting to vacate our room, we again heard banging on our door. The Hotel Manager reminded us of the 11am checkout (after repeated morning knocks from hotel housekeeping staff). We told him we were leaving (& Never Again coming back to this disgusting establishment).

Some of the staff was pleasant. When I checked in my tub was dirty after a 8 your drive I told the staff and they replied housekeeping would clean it in the morning. They did come the next morning to clean and they did a fantastic job. There is no guest laundry facility on the property. The ice machines worked some of the days. They do not have a guess gift shop for you to buy things like snacks and water. The restaurants are right great in the area all within walking distance. I felt safe staying in this location.
