Best Western Airport Inn

Room was standard double room. The beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was fine. The bathroom showed it's age. The shower was good but tub drain did not function as it needed to. Some of the towels were threadbare. Breakfast was good.

The floors in our room were filthy. The bath/shower had hair in and around it. The staff were pretty much cordial and helpful, with the exception of one person who seemed to be too busy with paperwork at the moment. The breakfast was good, considering the fact that it was free.

I did not have breakfast due to my early departure. All was well!

All was good for the price it was too much I booked for swimming pool n the pool was green with algea

It was okay the desk wasn’t that friendly

It was very clean and the bed was super comfy There was nothing i didn't like

Everything!

It was great

That it was in a great area NA

That I had to take the top off the toilet after each flush to flush it

Breakfast was good wish there was bacon That I had to take the top off the toilet after each flush to flush it

Bed bugs. Unclean rooms. Rude & greedy ($$$) staff. Horrible breakfast. Spent a lot of money booking here to be slapped in the face with a random mandatory deposit recently. Would not recommend.

When I walked into the room, two roaches ran. The room was extremely stinky and musty.

As soon as I walked in and turned on the light, I saw cockroaches. I turned around and went to the front desk. I told the front desk clerk, and she was going to put me in another room. When I politely declined the offer, she got an attitude and treated me like I did something wrong for requesting a refund. It was not a good experience AT ALL!!
