Nice hotel

We were there for approximately an hour and had to leave and get another Hotel room at 1am, my daughter was bit by a BEG BUG and we were not staying there!!!! We drove 5 hours from Nashville and had to scramble in the middle of the morning to find another room. The check in staff Linda was absolutely wonderful!! The Manager Christina and the front desk worker that came in at 11pm 7/31/26 was not!!! The guy stood there looking at me with a blank stare and just threw his hands up like “oh well” and the manager did not even want to give my money back!!! We took him to the room and showed him a dirty toothbrush under the sofa and dead bugs in the corner! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The location is convenient, interstate, shopping/restaurants and airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a deep cleaning and the walls are thin, you can hear people talking easily as well as interstate noise/ traffic. The ac unit is also very loud. The king and queen rooms are spacious. The breakfast is typical, nothing special.

Great clean room nice cool air conditioning

Although our stay was nice and the hotel was pretty clean and quiet…. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, no milk, no cereal, no cinnamon rolls.

Continental breakfast was great and staff was pleasant. Room was nasty. Stains all over carpet, shower was cracked with mold in all the crevices and room smelled very musty.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great.

We only spent a night, and it was ok for us.

False fire alarm went off at 4 00 am. Get back to sleep and get woke up at 8 am with another false alarm

clean room, helpful staff...just stayed there one night, would stay again

The staff was very friendly and offered to help in anyway. The room was extremely roomy and beds were comfy. The breakfast was awesome. They served eggs, sausage bagels etc. The only thing missing was alittle fruit but it didnt bother me at all. I was extremely satisfied with Holiday Inn Express. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved to a king room, but unfortunately, the toilet seat in that room was also dirty. In the end, we had to clean it ourselves. The location and staff were great, but the lack of housekeeping support and the cleanliness of the bathrooms left us disappointed. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards because it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

My electricity was messed up from a power outage. So it wasn't a vacation or anything. The room was very clean. The only thing I saw was the shower walls needed to be cleaned, not noticeable but I noticed at an angle. I know bath mats, etc would be unsanitary but need an option for a slick free tub. I was terrified of slipping in the tub especially after conditioning my hair. I didn't try the breakfast. Was too comfortable in the bed. It was very quiet.

Hotel was in excellent shape. Room was super clean and neat and smelled good. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The staff, especially Angie was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure our room and stay was to our liking and comfortable. The breakfast was typical and could be better. The biscuits were overcooked and the patty sausage need to be browned. We've stayed here in the past and will satay again. The location is very convenient to the interstate, restaurants and shops. Please be mindful you can hear the traffic especially if you get a room facing the front.
