Alien Residence Inn

We ended up not staying it was so sketchy we decided to go somewhere else. Plywood was holding up one side of the building. Railroad tracks are right next to building also. We called to cancel. The lady told us to contact Expedia to get our money back. Staff was friendly on the phone though!

Absolutely nothing Dirty, scary, breakfast was a joke, and I felt unsafe.

The breakfast was ok. Everything else. The place was dirty, loud and extremely uncomfortable. NO HOT WATER!!!!

No hot water and no ac. Only good thing is they told me before checking in. Said they couldn’t cancel the reservation. Wouldn’t even write a note stating that I was not staying there because of their problems. All they said is they were not going to bill the booking agent

There was NO hot water and the bread for breakfast had mold on it. The guy at the desk told me “I should have mentioned that we didn’t have hot water before you booked”…..

The staff was great. The room was horrible. We’ll never stay there again. Cracks in the floor bathtub was unsuitable. Take a shower crack in the bathroom towels were not clean, not matching. It was a horrible state. Hurried up and got out of there morning. Breakfast was lousy. stuff was friendly they couldn’t speak English except the front desk. Lady TV did not work. Had to move me to another room. It was just a horrible stay not recommend.

Location and Price with pets was exceptional The staff was Very friendly Beds were comfy But the only downside was either being remodeled or it hasn't been up kept in a long while. AC feels like it needs to be serviced On our last hours we found a semi-dead roach

Had a laundromat I booked a king bed and she gave it to the check in before me and she tried to convince me I was getting a better value with two queen beds

Very good location No coffee maker

Staff was very courteous. Had a slight issue with door, immediately came and fixed it. Breakfast is fresh cooked, tasty. Room was warmed, prior to arrival. Staff offered to help me with my bags. Room is not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Has all the basic’s. Frig in good working order, did not freeze and ruin my food. .

The only thing presentable was the lobby. Ultimately the bed itself was comfortable although the blanket had a tear. The shower also had hot water. My initial thoughts were to check for bed bugs and cockroaches. Thank goodness the room was clear. The room itself was shabby; unlike the pictures. The hotel is likely used as a flop house for the oil industry. It is in need of a major rennovation/upgrade. Everthing is outdated and in disrepair. The shower curtain also had a tear. It is a long way from a 7, rather was utilitarian and not worth the price. The breakfast was fair. Coffee was so-so; Scrabbled eggs and sauces not appealing, barely utilitarian; Waffles went to mosh when syrup was added; no butter and I ended up having toast and peanut butter.
