I booked the room for my daughter and her new husband, as a wedding night stay. I have always thought that the property was/is beautiful and remember when it was the Lee House. The newlyweds had a "big night" before settling into the property. They very much enjoyed their stay, despite the fact that they arrived late! The customer service was really good and I appreciate the efforts that our contact went through to ensure that they were able to get into the room. Not applicable.

Great rooms, staff, communications, and common areas, which had good food, beverages, sofas, and outdoor areas. Made the space feel like a hybrid between a hotel and AirBB--just like a boutique hotel should.

A beautiful hotel. Wonderful location in a historic town on the Oysterbay so lovely restaurants around. Great care has been taken in the furnishings which are all top class – the whole hotel has been furnished beautifully and tastefully and it was a delight to stay. We had a room where we could sit on the balcony and look out to the bay. We had charming hosts and wonderful staff. I rate this is one of the best that we have stayed in over our travels. Beautiful property. Close to good restaurants, retail shops, and everything happening in downtown Pensacola. Wraparound balcony to step out on to from your room. Pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable concierge. Daily text reminders and communication from hotel management. Nespresso coffee machine with ginormous and heavy coffee mugs in room.
