The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioner is annoying as it runs non-stop regardless of settings; but honestly very minor inconvenience.

Everything was fine there. Service staff for the most part was up to expectations.on first day there charged a bar tab to the room. After about an hour I received a phone call from desk while asleep.told me that my charge would not go through. Then they explained that they are having problems with a new system that would not let a room charge go through from the bar. I said I’m in bed and will take care of it in the morning. Bar manager insisted I come down and take care of it immediately. Came down paid tab at bar with my credit card on file. That’s the last time I used any services from them for a 5 day stay.

Nice hotel

This property is clean and convenient to Interstate 10, if a bit awkward to get in-and-out of, but overall standards are met for an IHG property. I’m not a fan of no-free breakfast and that includes coffee! Really, almost $200/night and no complimentary coffee!!!
