I love the rooms where so nice and had a lot space and the pool was so nice too The parking space was in the other side

Staff stated upon check in that they did not have proper housekeeping at the time so their king rooms were unavailable. Upon checking in, we arrived to our room which smelled like stale smoke and the shower soap was empty and attached to the wall. We were asked to install the new soap bottle of Salon Selectives body wash. For what we paid I feel as if there are better options available.

Great rooms..

I found the experience quite good. The room was clean enough, big space in the room and kitchen, the outdoor pool area was also a fun space. At this price, it was way better than my expectation.

Location, clean, and quiet Our room would randomly smell of cigarettes. We think another guest who shared vents was smoking.

I didn’t like it

Las habitaciones en muy mal estado de limpieza y condiciones deplorables. Todo muy malo. Realmente el peor hotel que he estado en mi vida. Jamás volvería a ese hotel y mucho menos lo recomiendo.

The room could’ve been cleaned better than it was. There was paper in cracks. There was also missing areas in different areas of the room like maybe from some type of damage. The wood from behind the pain in corners look like they have maybe been eaten by rodents or something. The air conditioner didn’t work well at all. We had to go out and buy a fan. The breakfast stops at 8:30am which is not long enough for people who are traveling and getting in late and waking up for breakfast before 8:30am. The lady who checked me in was very helpful. We were having issues with my room because I called several days before to make sure I had the room I needed (which I spoke with a guy at that time) and was told it was the correct one when I explained in detail of the room I needed. Got there and it wasn’t correct. I had the cancel that room through Expedia and repurchase a different room because the property manager (when the lady who was helping me called) didn’t offer a discount for the incorrect information given when I called days before arrival. Which cost me to pay way more than I was suppose to because rates had went up because of the holiday! Also there were suspicious people riding through on scooters and walking around (which clearly didn’t have a room out there). Also I have a handicap placard and wasn’t able to park in handicap because people who didn’t have one was parked there! Very disappointed!

Not a terrible place, but it had a few issues. Staff during entire stay, were incredibly helpful. It's an old property and just needs new room furniture. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was somewhat dusty and had NO smell; good or bad lol 😂. Sink in bathroom was too loose so needed maintenance. Hot water took a little longer to reach higher temperature, but the shower/tub was very good 👍 Overall, the room was decent, but not worth $160/night 😒🙄😳

This suite stay was absolutely fantastic. We had a great time and felt so well taken care of. Every single employee we encountered had amazing hospitality. We even got married on this trip!!! 8.20.26. The smoking area was really cool. 40 mins away from the beach. Great privacy, and it really starts to feel like a small community after a few days with how the courtyard is set up so beautifully and how the doors are. Overall 10/10, would stay again.

This place needs an update but it honestly was fair for the price I paid for two nights of $216.
