Rooms were dirty, tub was rusty, stains on the sheets, not enough towels, management was rude!

This has been the worst hotel I have stayed in. We switched rooms due to sheets and room being completely dirty and disgusting. Sheets do not get changed and rooms do not get cleaned. The bed sheets had cigarette stains, hair and sweat stains. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and weed. I would not ever recommend this place do not waste your money.

Blood Stained Sheets, indescribable odor, broken internal security lock because the door was recently kicked in, bare feet slightly stick to the carpet, trash on the balcony, And the worst part was the counter didn't seem to care! Did I mention the blood stained sheets!!!

Dirty sheets, no shower mat, no microwave, no fridge... previous guest left under wear ... room was not clean

It was a convenient location and a great price. The rooms smelled terrible. The key card wouldn't work to our room so I went to the office and the lady reprogrammed them and they still didn't work. So, she came over with the master key card and it didn't work. She ended up having to get the manual key to let us into our room. Then we had to switch rooms. My son found enough trash under the beds to fill a grocery sack. I know the rooms were cheaper compared to others, but I still expected the rooms to be clean. At the cheaper rate I understand not having a microwave or refrigerator, but I did expect the rooms to be clean. Very disappointing. We will definitely never stay here again.

When I pulled into the parking lot, I seen a large gathering of homeless people hell they were camped out at the end of the parking lot. I was tired. I’ve been on the road for 12 hours. I needed to sleep. I checked into the room to find there was no refrigerator no microwave. The faucet on the lavatory wasn’t even secured to the countertop. Let’s talk about the mold that is growing underneath the air conditioning so bad that the drywall is falling apart. Let’s talk about the thousands of cigarette butts right in front of the hotel room, which was 112 was the room number. Let’s talk about about the cockroaches. The German cockroaches. This place is disgusting. I would not recommend this to anybody I’m gonna do my best to get a hold of the Pensacola health department and get that business shut down.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was fooled by the pictures…it doesn’t even resemble the pictures. Bed had been slept in and left sheets dirty. Asked for clean sheets and got them. When I changed the sheets, the pad on the mattress had what appeared to be poop on it. Duvet cover was also stained. Room was filthy. There was some kind of slimy film on the floors. A used dental floss on the floor. Handles on drawers had never been cleaned. There were 4 lights over the bed. Only 1 worked. I can’t believe that Red Roof lets this property use their name.

I will never stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
