Sweet Dream Inn University Park

As stated in my early reviews about Sweet Dreams Hotel, again I would recommend this hotel for the price, for the cleanliness and most of all the great, great service given to me and for what I have seen too all that comes to Sweet dreams hotel , of course I am referring to the young man that works at the front desk whom goes by the name NAS , truthfully even given the fact that my stay was great and I had really needed to relocate closer in town but the professional and polite service that I was given from NAS, I decided that I couldn't get any better than were I was, clean rooms, clean walkways and of course the grounds of the hotel, and the staff being very friendly and helpful and I have to keep mentioning NAS because I have been in the hotel and hospitality business since 1992 and he is the 2nd person that I have come across in my many stays at many hotels that the service that was given by him reminded me of how I would do it and what I'm use to and expect .5 STARS across the board

The price was good and it wasn't nasty dirty I didn't like that. I booked online and then I had to turn around and give a deposit and I did not get the deposit back because I no longer have that account because the bank closed that account because someone hacked my account so I lost a $100.

I had wrote a review about this hotel almost a week ago because I was going to check out of the hotel at the time but I had decided to extend my stay for a while longer and as before the hotel is almost always clean meaning the landscape and the stairs and walk way of the hotel is always kept clean and my decision to extend my stay was for one the affordable price and manly because of one particular employee at the front desk from 7am until 3pm and he goes by the name NAS this young man is the most professional and polite and helpful and well knowledge of the front desk and of the entire hotel, I was so impressed with his mannerism and for him to be a young man it was extremely refreshing to see a young man such as himself to take his job very seriously and professionally and of course the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.Sweet Dreams Hotel is definitely one of my favorite hotels to come back to and either for work or just to get away and relax, you will definitely have a great experience I give Sweet Dreams Hotel 5 Stars and if there was an higher rating I would definitely give it to them,if you're ever in Pensacola Florida and need a nice hotel to stay and relax go to Sweet Dreams Hotel and definitely say hi to NAS at the front desk

When I first booked this hotel I really didn't know what to expect, I was hoping for almost anything better than the hotel I had to leave because of the extremly dirty rooms (super 6) my first impression when I walked in was, not bad, outside area was very clean the lobby and sitting area was very clean and spacious, once I got into my room I opened the door and at first look, I was impressed, large room, big bed made very well, so I started my inspection, opened everything I could checked for dust and dirt everywhere and I do mean everywhere I was so impressed with the attention to detail such as dusting everything even the air conditioner was free from dust and dirt other than the outdated decor I could not have asked for anything better, I even took the time to go back to the front desk and let them know how pleased I was with everything and the great thing is the entire staff from front desk to house keeping was very polite and helpful and one particular young man at the front desk working 7am until 3pm was extremely polite and helpful and didn't mind going out of his way to make sure my stay was pleasant
