We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean.

Clean room, very spacious, nice staff

I always love staying in your hotels, but you you only have an outdoor pool and with the tropical depression we couldn’t go in the pool. And then your air conditioning in the rooms is awful. You really have to do something about it. We were lucky enough that we travel with a fan but even at 65° it felt like 85° so you really have to update your air conditioning in your hotel other than that everybody was so nice so great we had such a great time. We really enjoyed coming to your hotels in any state that we goto

we did not get clean towels we had to go get them but everything was good charged for 3 rooms only reserved 2

Staff was very helpful, rooms very comfy for 4 and breakfast had many options. Enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent stay for a family! Suite was spacious, clean and the kitchenette (with clean plates, cutlery, glasses) was an added bonus. Breakfast was well-cooked and the counter well-maintained by cheerful, helpful staff. Pool seems a tad older or not as well maintained though but overall, a very easy, comfortable stay! 20ish minutes from Pensacola Beach and lots of easy amenities close by.

Friendly staff and very clean!

I called to request that my room be cleaned, but it wasn’t serviced until the fourth day of my stay. My room also smelled like cigarette smoke. When I asked if I could be moved to a different room, I was told that wasn’t possible because I had booked through a third-party company. Lastly, there were several dogs staying at the hotel. I don’t have a problem with dogs, but the walls seemed very thin, and the constant barking was easy to hear and disrupted the quiet. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.

Clean room! Front desk was very kind. Rooms were very clean and easy to check in.

The room was infested with gnats For $360 a night I was very disappointed having gnats in my room. The kitchen floor was dirty and sticky. It wasn’t mopped There were no paper towels or Kleenex and barely any toilet paper in the bathroom. The breakfast line was extremely long with four floors in the hotel. There should have been more than two waffle makers.
