I loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly

If you are looking for a continental breakfast, this is not the place for you. However, fresh fruit and coffee is available in the mornings, and there is more than plenty of choices of resturaunts around.

Our room had busted marks all over the doors and walls. The tile in the shower was cracked. The fridge made a clanking noise all night long. The staff were nice. We showed up early and was told we couldn’t check in yet, which any other location Candlewood has let us in the past, but it was before the check in time so they were sticking to policy vs being accommodating. Maybe a different room would have been better, but it was decent for a one night stay.

Not sure how this has a 9 rating. Very run down. Multiple issues in the bathroom. Room chair old and stained. Hallways smelled of mold.

Pleasant staff.Easy checkin.Room however lacked a few things.Plastic wrapped cups ( for sanitation) would have been nice.Cheap towel bar fell from the wall.Shower curtain rod was too low causing the double shower curtain to be a trip hazard.Bugs in the bathroom light.Bed was clean but very soft.Large chair was dirty and off putting.Property had a general air of pinch a penny from owners.

Great room -- spacious, clean, etc. 24/7 fresh coffee is a definite plus! The pool and gazebo areas are not secure, though, so individuals who were not staying at the hotel were using the facilities. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Fantastic stay! Really super clean and great laundry room. Definitely a hidden gem.

Staff was great and helpful, air conditioning was perfect, unfortunately our stove top did not work at all and ruined dinner plans. Microwave saved the day.

Wonderful stay

I stayed for a few weeks and my cleaning day was on the weekend. I recommend moving the cleaning day to Mon-Fri because on the weekend I was usually in my room and found it to be a major inconvenience. Found one desk attendant to be incredibly difficult; whenever I asked if something could be done she told me it could not. I would wait for a different desk attendant and they were more accommodating and would complete the task. I am not a confrontational person, but her attitude and incompetence bordered on disrespect. If the rest of the front desk staff wasnt so accommodating I would have left. She wears red glasses.

Decent place

Room are dated and needed some TLC. Bathroom had ants, stains on the furniture, given a pillow that smelled like mold and the bathroom door was stained. Would probably spend my money elsewhere.

Bad

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. It was very noisy though. Someone above us was running, jumping, throwing/dropping stuff constantly. It was so loud and annoying. Had to call the front desk multiple times during our two night stay.
