Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola Airport North – I-10 by IHG

Very clean with great breakfast! Conveniently located near 1-10 which made it so easy to get to the beach. We accidentally left some items in the room on the morning we checked out. When I called the hotel the next day they were gracious enough to send us the items. It was a great stay!

Amazing staff! When we left our room to go to breakfast, a member of housekeeping came to find us and return the iPad we left in the room! Would definitely stay there again!

The room was very nice, but the hotel allowed kids to play tag in the lobby. It was ridiculous. Each morning we experienced this. Other than that it would have been a nice stay.

The hotel was perfect for our family of 4. We had a pullout couch and two queen beds.

Didn’t have pool towels. Went to front desk to ask and they didn’t have any. Only 2 towels in our room.

Parking was great. The staff were nice and orderly. I always rave about this hotel chain because they genuinely do a great job. One of the elevators was down while we were there but we still barely waited. They do not have a hiring and their swimming pool is on the smaller side but still worth swimming in! Had so much fun diving for toys! One thing i would note is there were a few things in the room that were not cleaned before we arrived. Such as the mirrors. It’s not a huge detail but it is worth noting because one of them has lip marks on them. Either way everything else was VERY clean and i will be back.

The only thing I had a problem with was that the room didn’t get cold enough unless I put the AC on 65.

⭐ If your goal is to test the strength of your marriage, this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Pensacola may be the perfect place to start. There were three of us staying in the room, including our eight-year-old daughter, yet we could not get enough proper towels. At one point, we were given what appeared to be shower floor mats instead of hand towels. To make matters worse, the hotel ran out of hot water the next morning. Late at night, Uber Eats mistakenly delivered someone else’s food to our door. Even though it was not our order, the hotel called our room after 11:00 p.m. asking what happened to it, which only added more frustration to an already disappointing stay. My wife was also uncomfortable with the cleanliness and condition of the sheets, and both she and our daughter hated the entire experience. Instead of relaxing as a family, we spent the stay irritated and arguing over problems that should never happen at a hotel. We will not return and cannot recommend this property.

Really good breakfast. The pool is small but still ok to get your feet wet. You have request them to come into your room and clean and we did not know that before. One night they did run out towels all together so a little frustrating.

When i got my room, it was not the type of room i had reserved and paid for, no regular size bath towels available, only hand towels. Super clean place, food was great.

Our stay was great! We just had to ask for more towels at times. For the most part, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

I am not a breakfast person and certainly not a hotel breakfast person but here I ate breakfast and had 2nds,biscuits and gravy were very good and eggs not over watered . Will return

Place was great, staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious, parking was great and spacious, coffee was awesome the only thing was the pancakes wished it could cook a bit better or maybe a bit longer they were too white.

Everything was great, even the staff. We really enjoyed our stay. We had to stay another night

It was ok. A place to rest our heads on a trip to Orlando. Odd location. They were completely out of body wash and shampoo/conditioner (the one time I decided not to travel with my own). That was a disappointment, but they gave us some dove bar soap. Breakfast was good
