Room had a cigarette smell but other than that good location and clean

The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was traditional eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and other food. Parking was good as well.

The need for more outlets next to the bed. The air conditioner control (mounted on the wall) did not seem to work properly. Our room stayed rather warm all night. That said, the room was clean and spacious. The entire staff we encountered was excellent. They all greeted us and were very friendly. The lady providing the breakfast area was efficient, cleaning and replacing breakfast items constantly. The young man who checked us in was awesome.

Breakfast was ok. Staff helpful and nice. Property was a little loud, but it is summer in Florida.

Room clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Plenty of parking and well lit. Only issue we had was the evening of our second day of our stay someone was smoking a lot of weed and the floor wreaked of the smell. I now am having sinus issues today from the smell.

The staff were very helpful and friendly . The bedroom was spacious and the beds comfortable. It was in a convenient area for food and transport links.

Had death in my family and the hotel refused to let me attempt to change the reservation date after the stay had been paid for.

Couldn’t drink the coffee, doors slammed all night. I was very unhappy- in addition the cost was 4 times what it should’ve been.

It needs be more clean. The bathroom was ok, but the beds needs more work. Breakfast was ok..pretty regular. Plus, for some reason we were next to a few people very noisy (teenagers) who were slamming their doors, screaming loudly…. Bad experience

Staff was very accommodating. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Location was hard to find. Behind other buildings. Very statisfied.

Okay, since we were just sleeping there. Could be a lot cleaner, things like hot water at coffee/tea station was repeatedly empty. Dark colors in room, rather depressing.

Would not be our first choice.

The property was fine overall but we arrived Saturday morning and there was a broom and dustpan in the hall near our room for the entire stay. And the carpet of the hallway wasn't vacuumed or swept. We didn't make a fuss but we did make note of it.

Great staff and personality!

Check in was simple and the staff were very friendly in the evening and the morning.

Everything was okay. Breakfast was the same and it was mid other than that we had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us.
