I booked a 3 day getaway for my hubbys birthday. I was very disappointed. The TV only had 4 channels that worked. The volume button on the remote didn't work so you couldn't turn tv up or down. The microwave in the room was power locked and would not open. When I took the microwave down to the front desk to get a new one because that one didn't work, the front desk told me just take it back to the room and use the one in the lobby. The shower water pressure was very low. And the toilet had water running in the tank. Breakfast was ok. We used to stay at LaQuintas but this one was the worst one we have ever stayed at I highly doubt I will be staying at this one again.

Restroom floors were dirty. There were gnats and flies in the room. Mold was visible on the ceiling in the restroom. The water was hot, but wouldn’t come out through the shower head. Refrigerator/freezer was horribly dirty and not usable. Parking areas are filthy, not maintained and questionable for safety.

We don’t spend a lot of time in our room so it was ok but I probably would not book again unless I couldn’t find anything else.

The motel is unsafe. Poorly lit. People out in the parking lot all night long. It’s a motel that your room opens to the parking. Also, there was a plumbing issue and my bathtub filled with water and wouldn’t drain. Just gross.

We asked to be moved to a different room, hoping the issue could be resolved, but we were told there were no rooms available. Because of the condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable staying there and had to find another hotel. The most disappointing part was that we were initially told we would receive a full refund. However, we were later charged for the first night even though we never stayed in or used the room. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very poor, and I cannot recommend this hotel. I sincerely hope they improve the cleanliness of their rooms, maintain their facilities better, and handle situations like this more fairly so that other guests do not have the same experience.

It literally all started from the tub in room 364 wouldn't turn off. We asked for maintenance to go up and fix it so the tub would stop running ... And Amanda said we don't have maintenance ... So then we asked her, So what do you want us to do? Just let it run and she said we don't have maintenance. I said so what are y'all going to do when it floods? Then she continued to ask why we didn't call from the phone in the hotel room ... And the hotel room phone didn't work so that's why we couldn't call from the hotel phone in the room. I had been calling your hotel for over an hour with no answer. I am completely unsatisfied with the service.. This was my first time ever booking a La Quinta and as of right now this will most definitely be my last.

The hotel is very old. The room was dirty, hair all over the wall of the shower. The hotel grounds had over flowing trash. Broken furniture was left outside throughout the hotel grounds.

Do not stay there! Dirty, breakfast gone by 8 am and they DO NOT restock, guest services DO NOT accommodate you when inquiring about issues!

Outside is not very well maintained. The people who checked me in made it feel like they were laughing at me. When I got locked out in the morning, the front desk lady was super helpful and kind. However, I had issues because apparently the ladies who checked me in also checked me out so my room was no longer under my name so it made it difficult to get back to my room. Managers was helpful as well.

Not much to like. We left a day early because the property was nasty and didn’t seem safe The property is not well kept. Starting with the parking lot and landscaping were awful looking. When I checked in they told me to hang my dirty towels over the outside railing. I’ve stayed at La Quinta’s before and they have always been clean and house keepers would make the beds and restock towels. The tub was black like it wasn’t cleaned. This hotel was so bad that we decided to take the 7.5 hour drive home instead of staying another night. Don’t stay here this place is gross!

No Housekeeping!!!! None ! Wyndham didn’t help at all, I’m canceling my reward membership and credit card through them this was a nightmare

Terrible. Website states daily housekeeping but after 7 days nothing. No linens , no garbage bags, nothing. Terrible front desk

Absolutely no Housekeeping! Asked to have my room cleaned they yelled and hung up on my phone call. Place needs new owner!! Customer service was not helpful terrible customer service! I’m a reward member but no one cares. Never again

It was convenient to the Pensacola airport. The facility was old but they kept up with repairs and cleanliness. The price was perfect for folks on a tight budget. There was no place to hang towels, so we had to get fresh ones every day. If we had been able to hang our towels, we would have reused them for our 4 day stay. Towel racks and notes to customers to hang up towels to conserve water, detergent and labor will save a lot of money. Most patrons will hang up towels.
