La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Pensacola

Very out dated rooms. Trash bags was sitting outside my door from my checking til the time I checked out. Posted pictures doesn’t do justice

Our initial checkin was a dirty room with bedding still balled up on the matress. The staff didnt believe untill I provided a picture. The NEW room looked like it had not been upgraded since 1980. The AC rattled like a possessed ghost. The bathroom towels were on a stained counter. The chairs were worn and stained. The floors looked new and I assume the sheets were clean. I was excited to check out and put this on my list of extremely OVER PRICED HAUNTED HOOKER HOTEL

The bathroom smelled like mold. Old mattresses outside were an eyesore. Carpet in room was stained. TV channels were not synced with channel guide. Overall a waste of time and money I will never get back. Would never stay there again or another LaQunita for that matter, especially if this is the standard.

This is an old outdated hotel that is falling apart. They are painting to cover up its age and structural damage. Room had ant problem in bathroom. Garbage left all around outside in hallways. Elevator did not work. We were on third floor. La Quinta and Wyndham should send someone to look at this hotel as it is nothing like pictured on Expedia.

HORRIBLE place to stay

Cheap but terrible. Hair still in the bathroom shower from previous guests. Smelled funky and a/c probably needs a filter change. Smelled weird coming out of the vents.

A/c in room was not working well and was very warm during the night. Property appeared dirty as well.

Overbooked themselves snd sold my room! Blue Angels weekend ‘26

Upon arrival, trash was littered everywhere there was potholes all in the ground. When you enter the lobby, it smelled like old mold, and looked super dark and dusty. When we finally got up to our room after riding the scary, broken elevator, the room had blood on the floor, roaches in the closet, mold in the bathroom, and stains on the bedsheets. For a non-smoking facility it sure did smell like heavy smoke inside of the rooms. The AC unit was blowing hot, humid air, and made a noise that sounded like it was about to break. It was like a crackhead paradise. Staff was unprofessional and when asked for money back, they still charged a cancellation fee when we were only there for 20 minutes. Our first trip to Pensacola and ended up in Destin for the night. Will not return anywhere near this part of town.

While the staff was very pleasant when we arrived late, the room conditions were disappointing. The bathtub was not clean, and the room was incredibly hot. We set the AC to 69 degrees, but it never cooled down. Because it was past midnight, we just went to sleep, but we woke up drenched in sweat with the thermostat reading 84 degrees. We decided to check out three hours early. Unfortunately, we also realized that our clothes and luggage left with a strong odor of mildew. We will not be returning to this property.

pretty sure your staff gave my daughter and I a room for crackheads. cigarette burns in bathroom was the big indicator. as far as our allergies they are flared up today so i know that room was nasty dusty. I couldn’t sleep. Just sat and there and thought i need to just pack up get a refund and skip over to holiday inn. Either or i haven’t embraced that kinda suck since deployment overseas. charging deposit which i haven’t t seen back yet and they said 11 today so if that doesn’t get remedied this week ill be back through. if i get any weird rash or foot stuff even tho i wore shower shoes i will be getting a lawyer. absolutely unacceptable

Awful

Could have been cleaner. Under the mattress was lots of crumbs and hairs and a wet towel. Common areas needed vacuumed.

I’ve booked here last year and the year before and it was actually decent so for this visit to be so terrible is very disheartening to say the least. We won’t be back

I didn't stay there.. probably will never book through another App.. I cancelled that stay I never stayed in nothing like that.

The room was very unpleasant to stay in the tub bed floor and towels were very very dirty. The lamp were old and rusted and the shower curtain was dirty and rod was rusted as well, Trash bags outside around on ground absolutely horrible and filthy. On a scale I would rate less than a Zero

The board of health needs to be called out our the hotel inspector to go over there. This hotel needs to be closed down. Roaches holes in the ceiling dirty sheets

staff was nice... property looked like a trash dump, room had bugs. We did not stay, asked for a refund and found a much better property.

This hotel should be condemned! This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Every square inch of this property needs pressure washing. Garbage stays outside rooms and around the periphery with no urgency to pick up. Also we assumed like most hotels 2 beds means two queens but no they were doubles so 2 adults on a double was very uncomfortable. Phone in room doesn’t work, crevices alongside carpet line were dirty. These people do not have good cleaning standards. There was theft from other guest vehicles while we were staying there. Sketchy as hell. How is LaQuinta allowing their name on this? Not acceptable!
