The pool was clean. The staff was very nice. They don’t give you enough towels it also looks pretty dated. AC does not blow strong enough for Florida’s heat and there’s something about those floors were freezing Cold in the paintings in the restroom the public ones oh my God it’s so inappropriate. I think the pricing was completely off because it gives me motel not hotel if you understand what I’m saying.

The room itself was clean The pool was green

I like that the hotel is decorated beautifully on the outside the chairs were in the traction I like the art on the wall and in the bathroom and I like the colors. I did like that it was quiet and I slept well. I'm just going to say you get what you pay for. The keys for the room were constantly not working had to get several keys during the stay I saw a bug in the room a roach it was one but it was a decent size don't like roaches one of the beds were very squeaky. Some of the staff were not very friendly up on checkout I asked for a receipt for my room and was told I would get one from booking.com which I've never heard of also another concern the name of the hotel is called rest and relax inn but on my on my bank statement from when they took the $100 for the hold for the room just in case anything brakes it says something else. While we were checking out there was a giant cockroach on the outside I was like I was yuck I don't like bugs at all. Would I stay there again no I would not but like I said you get what you pay for. One of the employees knocks on our room door and had the audacity to look under our window to see if someone's in the room found that to be very creepy didn't like that at all! Also when you go to take a bath you have to turn the shower on a certain way you have to pull the thing under where the water comes out down had to go to the front office to find that out.

Cheap, decent ac, shower was great Free wifi didnt even reach our room, extended my stay and the dude at the front desk couldn't do his job right so they tried to kick us out on our original leaving date, had to go argue with the lady at the front desk and she was not very helpful until she realized I wasnt going away without getting what I paid for, pool was green and had alge growing all over the walls on it, for the price you cant really beat it but just expect to have issues dealing with this place

First room had black mold growing on every wall and the floor was standing in water on the second floor. Second room was next door to a yipping dog all night. Noticed black mold growing on the wall in the bathroom after we had been in it for a couple of hours. Can not control ac it was permanently stuck at 66. Floor was soaking wet when we woke up. I know this is a cheap place to stay but go somewhere else

The key cards for our room kept getting wiped and I had to walk to the office three different times to get them reset. At night. Past the guy sitting on his stoop. It feels like a place that you might get human trafficked. Which is wild because it’s ADORABLE. There are a ton of photo ops and it’s rainbow colored and the manager was super sweet and offered to take our photo for us on the giant chairs. In the morning in the daylight it feels fine, but at night it feels seedy. The only light options are the Big light or this intense blue light. There were multiple roaches in there with us, alive. There’s a mirror at the foot of one of the beds and if you’re sensitive to/believe in spirits, there were some of those in there too (but they were fine). The fridge and microwave were useful. The shower head comes off the wall! The AC kept the room cool.

Absolutely nothing Everything. The pool has black alge. We called the health department due to the disgust. Saw a cockroach. One of out air conditioner is did not work properly. It was just terrible. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was amazing. Not sure what happened but this place is absolutely disgusting. The pool is a huge factor in when I purchase a room. This was very disappointing for my 9 year old.
