Very rude employees at the FRONT DEDK!!! To pricey for the run down room! Beds were hard and squeaked when ever you moved! The RULES WERE STRICT!!! Plus a deposit of $100 plus the room amount of $688 for 3 DAYS!!! Convinces in town was a plus!!

The clerk charged us for a night we were not even in the state, we were in Georgia. I immediately brought it to their attention, but nothing was done. The breakfast was cold and stale.Be careful at night getting in and out of your car, there are homeless people wandering around the place. The areas blocked off by walls smelled like urine. The whole experience was horrible.

Very unique property with beautiful painting around pool courtyard! Rooms didn’t have hair dryer, coffee pot, iron or ironing board. These would be by only complaints!

They would not give me a refund after I told them there were people high walking around the properly naked. Terrible.

Hotel was clean everything was picked up the AC works really good. Front staff could be a little more helpful for where the rooms are other than that. Everything was fine.

The room we stayed in was a 8/10. We stayed the whole week it was clean staff cleaned room when asked they didn’t just go in. The only issue was the air conditioner worked half the time and mini fridge didn’t get as cold as it should have. It was set on the coldest but would have water sitting in it from thawing out

No bathtub stopper for bath & shower does not work.......

Not fancy but nice

There was no refrigerator in the room when we arrived that was resolved then when our key card wouldn’t get us into our room we could open the door by sliding a card between the door and the door frame and it just popped right open very little safety there. Opened the microwave on our first night and there was some crusty old food in a cup and who knows how long that had been there. No coffee pot in the room no coffee in the front lobby. Nothing zero there’s nothing as far as an amenity except ice.

Good scenery, room was clean.. kids loved the outside the most . Colorful & eye catchy

But it was okay for a last minute room.

Both check-in and check-out staff were unfriendly and appeared to be very "bothered" by someone having the audacity to try and check into or out of their property. The rooms are VERY basic and old. Bedding was inadequate - only 1 very light blanket with no extra blankets/sheets, etc. There seemed to be no attempt at noise control at the pool late at night, thus it was not restful or relaxing.

We checked in i wanted to shower to decompress, the shower was fine and the water got hot but i grabbed the towel and it was DIRTY! Had hair on it from the previous person, black marks all over it, was truly disgusted. The "shower rug" was also dirty. Overall don't have your expectations high you get what you pay. Also the back of the door in the bathroom looked like they tried to fix a hole in the door but couldn't do the bare minimum of making it look decent. The beds were super noisy everytime you move or turn over it was would make a loud noise. just overall the experience was fine, don't think i would stay again.

No coffee available in lobby or in room

The toilet did not flush. There was a shower head, but the shower didn’t work. The bed linens were stained, and the room and bathroom had mold. The room also smelled wet and moldy. There were also roaches.

I actually predicted that we would have a cockroach in our room… Sadly, we did! I realize this could happen anywhere… Don’t let this be a deterrent for you if you want to stay here. Property does have some subtle charms. If you’re in a pinch… Not a bad place to stay for the night.

My room was very clean love the colors and the colorful lighting. The pool was very clean and colorful. I could not park in front of my room. But not too far of a walk with my bags. I would stay again.

The staff was nice though
