Ex. The room said it would accommodate 3, and there was only 1 bed when we got there. When asked if there was a cot or option to problem solve, the front desk said not their problem with a tone of annoyance. Ex. When asked about area events for the holiday, the front desk shrugged the shoulder, again with annoyance. Overall, the facilities were good and clean; but the staff was apathetic.

When I checked into the hotel on June 23rd, I was asked for a $100 cash deposit and told it would be returned upon checkout the following day. We checked out around 5:00 AM on June 24th, but when I asked for the deposit back, I was told it couldn't be returned until after 10:00 AM because the person with access to the safe didn't arrive until then. I then asked if they could credit the amount back to the card I had used to pay for the reservation, but they told me that wasn't possible.

I was exhausted from the long drive, so I stayed anyway because it was too late to look for another place. I did not feel safe at all. There were people smoking on the balcony, drinking, and causing disturbances throughout the night. To make matters worse, I was harassed by one of the men staying there. On top of that, I never received my security deposit back. I was told it would only be placed on hold, and I left the room in the same condition it was in when I checked in. The staff also seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

We didn’t eat breakfast but the room was nice the price was right. Maybe put a table and chair

At night time you smell nothing but pot and having kids around all that is not good for a business. The staff is very rude. and they don't offer breakfast. And it's nothing like the pictures that they have online

Room was old and dirty Bed sheets were not changed- white crumbs on sheets and dark colored body hairs were on the sheets Towels were old and stained Toilet was lose and clanked when used Shower curtain was falling off wall so you couldn’t close it Bedding left in hallway Old toilets being used for smoking receptacles

No breakfast, crowded, persons just sitting in the passage smoking. Room key dont work on door. They even checked in someone else in my room while I was there on my first night.

The location was perfect. The area is family friendly. The price for the room was good but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel room was not so great. The microwave was gross. The place need updated appliances. The room was not very clean.

The Cons: Our biggest frustration was that our door key stopped working every single day. Having to stop by the front desk every night just to get into our room was a hassle. The front desk staff wasn't necessarily rude, but definitely indifferent. Every time we went to fix our keys, it felt like we were interrupting them from looking at their phones. Overall, we only needed a place to sleep from 9 PM to 9 AM, so for a budget stay, it served its purpose well. You get what you pay for, and we'd consider it again for a short, no-frills trip. If you keep your expectations realistic for the price, this place is a good deal.

Location Dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the tub didn’t want to drain water during a shower.

The property had a lot of cool things around it. It was very well decorated. I will say that, but it was very dirty. The pool did not work. It was chained up. It was green. It looked very nice as far as the cabanas and the sun, tanning lounge and all of that and the paintings and the rooms were had cool lights in them and so much and so forth, but there were no irons in the room. The shampoo and conditioner were only small little rip packages, so I would advise to bring your own and the toilet was very dirty. The floor was dirty, but it was cheap. It was only I think $80 or $70. The location was good. We were able to walk to Texas roadhouse we did pass a few homeless people along the way, but all in all it was a good experience. My kids loved the props that you were able to take pictures outside and we took some beautiful pictures and the front desk guy was very kind. The first room we went into the key didn’t work so we had to go to another room and overall I would give it like a five or six. The pool was not open. It was green looking and dirty, and was had chains on the doors and the rooms were not as clean as I would’ve had hoped they would’ve been the toilets were dirty, and the floors were dirty, and there were cigarette burns in my blanket.

Almost everything was nice The pool was dirty the water was green the bedding was dirty thankfully I brought my own when I pulled the sheets and blanket back there was hair and dirt the mini fridge worked great but has alot of rust on the front could use some paint
