Sleep Inn & Suites Pensacola - University Area

Clean and very convenient to many restaurants

Excelente

I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated, that went bad, it ended up making me sicker, dirty, dingy towels, the bath tub had something looks mold, and I have proof (pictures).

I wish they can have rooms without carpet. Carpet rooms through time get bad smell.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and informative. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest

Really small property breakfast was OK. Staff was all right. Room was clean big and spacious.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.Just need to work on breakfast need more variety of breakfast items. Also variety of breakfast drinks.Other than that very nice place to stay.

Clean

The stay was very pleasurable, it was quiet, clean, the breakfast was good but minimal, the price for the room was reasonable and the staff was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Everything

Definitely would stay there again

Extremely friendly, accommodating staff. The hotel had recently been renovated, was clean and "new" feeling. The amenities were minimum, but the price was excellent. ...near the interstate for a quick trek to the beaches. The fitness center needed a bit of attention, but still, for the price, an excellent value overall.

Good room service

The location was great and the food was wonderful I liked everything

Perfect for a one night stay.

it was horrible I was delayed trying to check in and was told that because I didn't show up the first day they canceled the whole reservation I was under the impression that I had the insurance and I should have been able to at least stay my second day but instead of even trying to help they canceled it kept the money and then told Expedia not to do anything about it they weren't going to accept that so ended up having to pay again for a room which once I got in was gross there was mold growing the room smelled stale and the guy Bonnie at the front desk was just horrible I literally left in tears

The staff was very helpful. Air conditioning was loud.

The room was clean towels appeared stained and they were counted. Continental breakfast very lacking no microwave to do instant oatmeal, out of orange and apple juice and of course breakfast meat. Staff not very friendly and appeared noncaring

The front morning management was awful. The breakfast was claimed to be a hot breakfast but the only thing hot were waffles and mushy eggs.

Great location and comfortable stay. Small breakfast area.
