Olivia was great

Newer property and very clean. Helpful staff. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. They have an automatic pancake conveyor machine, that you just push a button and you will have pancakes pretty quick. The property is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also, you’re not terribly far from the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again.

There is no breakfast buffet like was mentioned. Most Tru hotels have very nice breakfasts but this had mostly dry cereal and boiled eggs. J have had better continental breakfasts.we book out hotels so we can eat before going to the field for baseball but this one was just not it.

While the hotel itself was pretty nice I found

It was clean. The elevator had a malfunction and it felt like it was about to break off and drop. My room was on the fourth floor. When the elevator went up to the fourth floor, it felt like it hit the ceiling and it started shaking very hard. The doors didn’t open. This lasted for quite a bit. I had to keep pressing on the help button until the elevator finally stopped shaking. That whole experience scared the living crap out of me.

Very kid friendly my 3 year old, and 8 month old had a blast and it was very welcoming laid back and relaxing.

It was very peaceful and condusive to relaxed evening.Never even considered crime or feeling unsafe.

Breakfast was amazing pool was great for my 2 kids. The table soccer games in the lobby kept my son's attention for a while . Only complaint was we didn't get fresh towels. But that's just being picky

The hotel itself My card was charged twice while on vacation so since it was charged twice it stop me from having a good time because my money was tired up but the front desk lady at the time help me out but I couldn’t enjoy my trip because of the two charges for two nights I had to pay do to booking.com

The staff and the hotel itself was great. Location was great, not too much going on, which is what I like and yet still had the exact amenities I needed w/o the extra. Price was a bit higher, but I believe it was due to some sort of event or time of they year, but I can't ever go wrong with Hilton hotels and their staff
