The front desk staff is really friendly. The bkft is fresh and delicious. Ms. Francy and the other bkft team take great care of us every time we stay. The rooms are clean, no smell. Zero brand personal care products. We used to get a regular room when the kids were younger. Now that they have grown we pay a few dollars extra for a suite. 2 beds plus a comfy sofa bed. Lots of space in between the beds couch and desk for everyone to relax. There’s a sink, fridge, & microwave. We always bring large zip lock bags to store leftovers in the fridge. There is Guest Laundry. Bring your own quarters or get change at the front desk. Laundry soap ($2) at the snack shop. Wash costs $2, dry is $.025/15min. We always wash out our beach stuff. The pool and work out room are great. There IS a water refill station on the 1st floor by the restrooms. No one really knows about this. Walmart a few miles away. Lots of restaurants around the corner walking distance & in every driving direction. It’s right off of the freeway. About 25 min from Pensacola Beach, 1.5 hrs to Henderson State Beach Park in Destin. Navarre is in between. Buc-ee’s about 30 min away in Alabama. We always stop on the way home. This is the only hotel we choose when visiting friends and the beaches. We have tried others in town and have been disappointed. So glad we discovered this hotel

The overnight manager was so helpful. The ac went out in our room and he graciously upgraded us to a suite for our troubles! 10/10 on customer service and resolving issues!

It was in a great location and was clean the breakfast was excellent. It didn’t have cinnamon rolls.

Clean, modern hotel. Our room was spacious. Water given st check in was most welcome. Convenient to beach and downtown.

We loved everything about our stay. Room was nice the staff were very friendly. Everything was clean. Everything was great other than our pillows were a little flat.

The hot breakfast was great! I loved having access to the Fitness room. The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was great! Housekeeping did come in and get the trash and exchange towels, but did not make the bed.

We came to Pensacola for a graduation , and the location was perfect. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean and quiet room. What I want to mention that impressed us is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. We planned to have a gathering in a park with family and friends after graduation, but it rained every day we were there. We asked the staff if we could use the breakfast area for the meeting in the afternoon, and they did let us do it. We thank you very much, Manager Latasha and the lady who checked us in late at night( we didn't ask her name)?. Next time we will be in town this is going to be the only hotel we'll stay in.

The breakfast area was clean and the food fresh. The window leaked all night long and we called repeatedly and nothing was done and then they said they would fix it the next morning and it was not fixed the entire time that we were there. We had used all the towels to stop the water from dripping and they said come down and get new ones cause there’s nobody to bring any up to you at 10 o’clock at night. The cabinet was hanging off of the hinges. It was broken when we arrived in the room, but it became an issue because it was the one the door that goes in front of the refrigerator so it hung off right in the middle of the room the whole time as well.
