I especially liked Don, the manager on Duty when I arrived! He did EVERY thing within his power to make sure my every whim was well accommodating! He had a wonderful sense of humor! He set the tone for an exceptional stay. Also, Ms. Franny, MS.FRANNY! As I read all of the reviews about her Superb breakfasts, I said "we'll see". And I DID see!! BEST Grits, bacon, cheese omelet, EVER. Breakfast ends at 10. I arrived at 9:50, everything was FULLY stocked and HOT!!! Ms. Franny is a JEWEL! Friendly, personable, and she even made sure I had everything I wanted. What a time!!!! BTW, one of the Cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in!!! I HATED the very low toilet seats. This has NOTHING to do with the exceptional on-site staff. It is a Hampton Inn travesty. The toilet seat is only about 15 inches from the floor. Appropriate for maybe an elementary school. At check out, I asked if they were like that in EVERY room, unfortunately, yes. If you have great knees, you will be just fine!!

Staff had no control over a group of unsupervised children on a school trip. Parents and chaperone just allowed them to roam the hotel freely making all sorts of noise at all times of the day and night. We were assigned a different room, but the experience was still horrible. We won't return to this hotel.

A major highway which I liked. Before we stayed in a Hampton inn and suite next to a major highway and I didn’t sleep because the traffic noise kept me awake.

The location is very convenient. The pillows were too soft. My room key worked one time and stopped after that.
