Pool and Gym inoperable

Great place to stay quiet nice spot. Safe to be with the family. It was a quick stop for vacation and I’m very pleased with the experience. We will definitely come back to this spot.

Everything was good except I had to wait 2 hrs on my room to be ready. My check in time was for 3. Need to work on timing and making sure people are out the room on time I can see maybe 30 mins after but other than that, that’s to long to be waiting on a room after I done had everything booked and paid for before my arrival .

Will definitely continue to stay at this property

Staff was amazing. Unfortunately, we did not rest well because the fire alarm went off repeatedly and sprinkler went off in my friend's room. Apparently, the alarm went off more so once we left for her event. Once that is repaired, I am sure there will be no worries.

Great stay just disappointed the pool was closed in the middle of summer.

Check in was at 3pm however we had to wait till 5:15pm in lobby. Very tiny low toilet in bathroom. Room smelt moldy and muskie. We came to go swimming and lay out by the pool. This facility did not have an outdoor pool and the indoor pool that they had was closed for 2 days. They do not accommodate with coffee until you get in your room. They're open. Bar area was supposed to open at 5:00 p.m. And they did not open it till later. So we left and went out to get a bite to eat. We had requested to get a room away from everyone so it would not be noisy. They put us in the middle of the hallway. And we could hear people outside the door and in the morning we had someone above us walking around for 3 hours. They also had a plumbing issue a couple of rooms over where they had fans out in the hallway. We'll never stay there again.

Fire alarm when off middle of night, room two doors down from us totally flooded out. Hour later we had 1/2 inch of water in our room. They transferred us to another room. Lost a lots of sleep. Hotel would not refund us the room, only half credit.

Excellent stay. I really enjoyed my time here. Staff very friendly.

The property is nice, but the parking lot is VERY dark at night, the shrubs and bushes need to be pruned and trimmed. The onsite dryer was not functioning properly, didn't dry and made a loud noise down the hall. Staff was notified. Got some "Starbucks," but not really Starbucks. The pastries came out of ziplock bags and had no expiration. Not in sealed pastry bags (not sure if food compliant). Overall nice.

Good Courtyard property, friendly and accommodating staff.

Young lady at Starbucks coffee bar was fabulous. Such a sweet soul. I will be booking again when I come for beach days. Far away from the crowds of people and easy to access beaches despite the heavy traffic on the way.
