Great location and wonderful breakfast. Breakfast was waffles, oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, apples and bananas, yogurt, bacon and sausage, and a few other items.

The location is perfect; you’re close enough to everything Pensacola offers, but secluded in the sense that it’s not noisy around the hotel. The water does not get hot. The cleanliness of the room is unsurpassed.

The staff were very cordial whenever you saw them. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Easy drive to beach and local restaurants. Love the location. Easily accessible and very peaceful. Nothing like the chaos of beachside accommodations. Breakfast attendant and the front desk were very welcoming. Really enjoyed them both.

The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and very nice. The only downside is the hotel does not have any beds larger than a queen size . Thank you Gigi and staff

I have video recordings documenting the condition of the room at checkout, which show that it was left clean and in good condition. Everything that was in the room when we arrived was still there when we checked out. This includes all of the complimentary coffee, snacks, and other items in the coffee station, all of which were left untouched and unused. There was no damage to the room, and no issues or complaints were reported during our stay. Please process the refund as soon as possible and let me know when I can expect it to be credited back to my account. Thank you.

Good for my two kids and dog didn’t know it was so far from the beach though but other than that I had a great stay

They screwed my reservation up and give it to someone else and didn’t have no room for me when I got there. They said they sent a refund to Hotels.com, but I have yet to see it.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were amazing. I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good but there needs to be an extra waffle maker because that one held up the line. Breakfast area was very small.

I like the concept, however, quality execution was not noticeable Furniture was worn out (cabinets kitchen/bathroom, bathroom shower head was covered in brown dirt where the water comes out, crack from top to bottom of shower wall, large amounts of soap scum was stuck to shower wall and glass, hair in the bed sheets, lack spots in floor
