SpringHill Suites Pensacola

This hotel had no consistent housekeeping staff and didn’t clean the rooms or lobby/common areas during the day. The televisions in multiple rooms were not working and my AC went completely out. They had to replace the entire unit. They ended up moving my room because the tv stopped working for a second time. The staff seemed frustrated to have to move me because they said multiple people had changed rooms due to other issues.

I liked how polite the staff was. How loud it was. At 9pm the down stairs was crowded with people watching sports i guess on the TV and they were so loud you could hear them while riding up the elevator. And the floor we were on people were loud too.

The front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. However we were told every other day housekeeping would arrive. They never did was like we did not exist. Things like toiletries and towels having to stalk the front desk for Toiletries paper and ask for clean towels was an absolute annoyance. Further into the stay we never had the room picked up and found that the mattress cover still had bodily fluids on it. I was told to email the GM as she was leaving for the day rather then take care of a customer. I have photos to prove the allegations and was told I’ll get points I do not travel enough for these points and would appreciate at least half of what I paid for such lousy service and customer care.

Breakfast was fresh.. didn’t use pool area.

Staff was professional and very nice

Staff was excellent always professional and kind. As far as I know the amenities was the market that was onsite that I did not use. I was not a gold member so I wasn’t given small bottles of water during my stay (which was fine). My party was 6 guests but we were never given 6 towels in our room, we always had to get the other two at the desk. The pool water was cloudy by end of day and needed to be cleaned all throughout the day Overall this place was great and had plenty of outlets for everyone to plug in electronics. The housekeeping staff cleaned every other day which I liked and they were friendly. The continental breakfast was the best I had anywhere. I would come back here regardless of a few things.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in an everything was so clean! And the pool was so nice!!

I liked the breakfast and the water pressure. The staff was extremely nice. I was placed on the fourth floor with my 2 small toddlers. I got a complaint for my children walking to loud. Also the room size was a bit small.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

I expected more like, “I’m sorry that you didn’t get the full room experience as our other travelers. I’ll comp a night or upon your next stay, I’ll ensure a night is discounted.”

It was overall a nice stay

Nothing. The room was dirty with pizza crust and sauce on the bed along with mold. Staff was very rude. Everything. We will not ever be back.
