SpringHill Suites Pensacola

The night staff were incredibly helpful and kind to try to assist us with what we needed. The room had some of the glass at the desk installed incorrectly, socks from a previous guest were left in the room, and most of the in room amenities weren’t replenished (we had to ask for them). The outdoor restroom for the pool’s area light didn’t turn on and the restroom was unkept. The pool water was cloudy and unclean. The elevators also seemed to need to be serviced, when you pressed your floor it jerked up and made a lip for other guests trying to enter.

The staff was wonderful. The kids love the breakfast n pool. Can’t wait to come back.

Staff was great. Breakfast was okay…. Approached by someone seeking money in the parking lot.

Good sized rooms

We stayed just one night, transitioning to our condo the next day but the time we checked in to check out, the experience was amazing!

It was quiet and close to everything. Everything was great.

Very clean. The room was spacious and clean. The bed smelled good and clean. The building all together was clean. The staff was very kind. I didn’t have any negative experiences with my stay.

Maybe CHAnge the pull out mattress sheets they are always dirty! EVEN THE MATTRESS IT HAS PEE ALL OVER IT! The mattress pull out had piss on it!

Excellent staff. Clean room and facilities. Bathroom door was very hard to close. It’s a sliding style and I think one of the wheels was broke. Breakfast what you’d expect.

Friendly people, clean, convenient

I didnt eat breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. When pulling the spread back on the bed, it was completely nasty. Had request a clean one. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean.

My family and I enjoyed the pool. Very clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing. They were quick on replacing hot coffee as soon as running out. Multiple options for breakfast. The mattress and pillows need upgrading. Not very comfortable.

All of the indoor areas were clean and comfortable. It’s a great place for an overnight stop. I would wish to have the outdoor chairs and tables cleaned more regularly

The family absolutely loved it, this was are 2nd trip to Pensacola. The staff help us find some amazing restaurants. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who checked us in but she is amazing, she was very informative, help us with when places would be busy and which ones would be good with kids. I owe her a big thank you. 100% recommending this place
