Candlewood Suites Grand Prairie by IHG

The staff was very welcoming and kind. It was a bit smelly and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Check-in was a breeze. The air wasn’t working in my room and Island worked quickly to move me to one that did. The room I received was perfect and even more spacious for my dog and I. I needed to stay another night and Brittany patiently helped me navigate that so I could also stay in the same room. The location is great and very pet friendly. There’s an outside mall across the street with plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to the expressway. My entire stay was just awesome and I’ll definitely return when I visit again.

Exceptional

Just passing thru and it was nice to be away from the congestion in Peoria. Spacious and clean room which appears to be newly updated. Front desk lady was so helpful and so nice! The quality and quantity of bath towels…they were old, hard and only 2 bath towels provided.

No breakfast was offered. However, the surrounding area had multiple choices. I don't have any negative feedback to provide concerning my stay. I will surely return in the future.

Complimentary water and tea and I think it was popcorn also

Didn't like the fact I had to walk up and down a bunch of stairs the bugs and dirty nasty floors, the shower door that fell off track, probably the WORST AND NASTIEST AIR BNB I'VE EVER STAYED IN ILL BE CONTACTING THE CITY AND HEALTH DEPT...

A little run down (e.g., run down parking lot) from the outside and entrance but otherwise fine.

Good

Having a kitchen in the room and a separate bedroom available Never staff at the front desk if you needed something

Exceptional

Stayed there for the top gun softball tournament. The hotel was close to the fields and convenient location for other amenities. Had an issue with our air conditioner and they quickly got us into a new room.

I liked how large the room was and how the beds/pillows were beyond comfortable. The Wifi kept disconnecting from my work computer making it hard to get anything done.

We were just there for one short night but everything was good. Would stay again if we go thru there again. Price was a little steep do the the tournament going on in the area.

Location was excellant to what we needed. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Quiet room. No luggage rack so had to use desk. Bathroom sink very small. Maybe add a shelf or something in there to put things on.

Nice place for the price

Good stay overall. Staff made everything pleasant !! They went the extra mile!!
