Hampton Inn & Suites Peoria at Grand Prairie, IL

It's showing sign of age and needs repair. The upholstered chair was so worn and dirty I couldn't bring myself to sit in it. The fiberglass step-in tub is thin and there was a cracking sound with each step. Slippery - really needs a rubber mat. I'm 73 and had to hang on to the support bar to keep from slipping. A family of heel-walkers in the room over us were a nuisance and woke us up early - but fortunately I had earplugs which helped a bit.

Location is good. Staff was courteous. The AC was adjustable at night to a comfortable coolness (circa 68 degrees). Some hotels lock the thermostat at (I'll guess) around 74 degrees to save on electricity at the expense of their clients' sleep - so kudos to Hampton Inn on that one! Beds were fine. Staff could have been more friendly. Drawers in dressers don't open easily. Good breakfast. VERY PRICEY when baseball/softball tournaments are in town in summer!

Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. We stayed Jul 19-23, 2026, baseball and softball tournaments so the room rates were jacked up from around $190/night to over $300/night. TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

Very outdated. Staff in evening was unhelpful and inconsiderate.

The breakfast wasn’t hot, not even warm. Something served 2 day, Sunday was good but cold. No bagels just bread for toast. Wasn’t the quietest. A lot of children running the halls and very noisy. Staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel

The buffet style breakfast was very good, all staff very kind and helpful. My room, however, was not cleaned properly. Chips pieces on floor next to bed, hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor.

Staff was excellent. Airport shuttle was so helpful, no parking problems at airport.

They offer bus service to bring you where you need to go for free.
