Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet room. Comfy beds. Nice complimentary happy hour with alcoholic drinks included. We stayed in three different hotels during our trip. This one was by far the best in every way. Perfect stay here.

Hot tub could be better

The bed was comfortable and accommodations were fine. Staff was very helpful. The bathroom tub's faucet could activate the shower; however, the faucet remained on as well! Could not shut the water off at the faucet while showering. What a waste of water!

It was super clean and the staff was excellent and very accommodating. And it was close to many amenities.

We were on first floor and surprisingly it was quiet. We only stayed the night but very relaxing.

Breakfast was good and for us a good location. Several lights did not work at all, which created inconvenience in the room. A strange noise was heard,,something like a motor.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. They also opened breakfast a little early for us since we needed to leave before they were planning on starting to serve breakfast. Nothing to not like in my opinion.

The parking lot has huge potholes that are difficult to avoid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The property is old. The carpets and furniture need to be replaced It’s as clean as it can be considering how worn out everything is. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable

Wonderful, the room, the pool, the staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The staff are super nice, the hotel and rooms are super clean. The breakfast spread is the best I've seen in a hotel lately, so many options and variety! Great location, lots of things nearby. My only real complaint is that there was only one vending machine in the whole hotel and it was out of order. But it didn't tell you it was out of order before scanning your card, so you had to wait to find out everything was "sold out" Their little snack shop is great, but didn't have a lot of options for beverages.

The hotel is was very clean and breakfast was great. There was so much variety!

The staff may do a great job of cleaning (e.g. sink/vanity, toilet, inside of bathtub/shower… but it does not matter when the upholstered furniture in the room is so disgusting that you are afraid to sit on it. How can you feel comfortable? I went to the front desk about the room’s condition after I checked into my room. I was indeed offered to move to another room, but the lady at the front desk informed me that there were no renovated rooms, and that it was likely that a different one would be in a similar state. That is why I chose to decline the offer and stay in the original room.

Smell of pot in the hallway. Young kids yelling and screaming cause a huge disturbance at 9 pm

I was traveling with family to attend a concert at the Civic Center. Anthony and the shuttle service made it so easy to attend the concert and not have to navigate driving and parking in the city. The breakfast was great and serviced well. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. The customer service felt very personal. Nothing. I would guess this is an older property but the room was neat, clean and well cared for. Comfortable beds
