Had a few towels that were stained but those were replaced no problem. Everything else was good. Staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good bagels waffles eggs parking was good. The rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable. Didn’t really have any interaction with the staff.

The entire third floor wreaked of Curry. The hotel was clean but not clean at the same time if this makes sense. They wiped down surfaces but... the carpets were horrific, stained bleached etc the room across from mine was getting sprayed for bugs, what I can only assume was bed bugs. They need to start listing the owners of these hotels if they arw independent from the chain and just carry the name.

Room was not clean. Found m & m's and flossers on the floor while checking to make sure we didnt forget anything. They obviously don't vacuum the floors.

This was a very nice hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast could have been better, but it was in the last hour of serving, so there wasn't much remaining.

The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel.
