Check in was great Andrew was great, Phillip was very accomadating and helpful however the night clerk was not very sensitive when I found a bug in my bed. He did arrange for another room and stated I would not be charged for parking but I was charged for parking and I didn't rest well in the changed room.

It was comfortable and had good access to nearby places It's wasn't clean, when I asked why I was charged the first person just told me it would be back on my card in a few days and the second person actually explained me the problem. I was charged twice and can't get my money back from booking since it's a run around between contacting the property and customer service.

Lovely hotel in downtown Peoria, connected to the Pere Marquette, an historic hotel. Rooms were very nice. Staff was cheerful and responsive. The restaurant hours were a bit tight for our traveling schedule but staff was very helpful to try to accommodate us.

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation when we were there. Nothing noted this on the hotels.com listing or we wouldn't have booked it. We specifically were looking for these amenities. Also, our AC unit in our room was so loud it kept us up at night. Lastly, the configuration of the room was odd. The TV was placed to the side of the bed instead of in front of it.

My stay was great! Everything I needed was in reach, the rooms were comfortable. I really love the lobby area as it has a nice street view and is really relaxing. The process for check in was seamless, the front desk person was professional and courteous.

Downtown location. Next to Pere Marquette Hotel which has a nice restaurant. The coffee/snack bar was not always staffed. The exercise room had no air conditioning.
