Check in was great Andrew was great, Phillip was very accomadating and helpful however the night clerk was not very sensitive when I found a bug in my bed. He did arrange for another room and stated I would not be charged for parking but I was charged for parking and I didn't rest well in the changed room.

Lovely hotel in downtown Peoria, connected to the Pere Marquette, an historic hotel. Rooms were very nice. Staff was cheerful and responsive. The restaurant hours were a bit tight for our traveling schedule but staff was very helpful to try to accommodate us.

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation when we were there. Nothing noted this on the hotels.com listing or we wouldn't have booked it. We specifically were looking for these amenities. Also, our AC unit in our room was so loud it kept us up at night. Lastly, the configuration of the room was odd. The TV was placed to the side of the bed instead of in front of it.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The rooms were also very nice.

My stay was great! Everything I needed was in reach, the rooms were comfortable. I really love the lobby area as it has a nice street view and is really relaxing. The process for check in was seamless, the front desk person was professional and courteous.

Pool and hit tub were under renovation. No bar service due to staffing issues.

On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service.

It is a nice modern facility located downtown and convenient The property is very understaffed. Are room lacked towels and pillow and sheets. Despite that, I will say the gentlemen at the front desk in the evening was very helpful and worked to get us what we needed. He deserves a raise.

The staff was friendly. Location was good. Pool was closed

I specifically booked a hotel with pool and hot tub as I need this amenity as I continue recovering from knee injury. I arrived to find the pool drained and facilities closed. The front desk basically shrugged. They did let me switch to a room across the hall when the first was in a dark corner. They also didn’t discuss parking fee and charged me for 3 days when I was only there for two. I’m not usually one to complain but this was disappointing experience.

Comfortable room and clean. Long walk to parking deck and I hope I wasn't charged for parking however I am not sure yet. When I checked in there were cleaning personnel hanging around the front desk and I had to wait for them to move out of the way. While I was checking in my wife is a decaf coffee drinker and all that was available was regular so she had to spend $5 on one cup of coffee at in house Starbucks!! When I was checking out there was no attendant on duty. After 5 minutes or so he came through the front door riding his bike apologizing that he was a lunch break. This was at 6 AM. Also I had a hard time finding my room on the 6 floor because there was no number on my door. I finally figured out which one it was. I do believe it was 657 or something like that. I hope they put a number on it. I really think I will stay somewhere else next time I come back because of the small tiny problems

nothing We got bumped from our reservation the morning of check in,paid for it 3 weeks prior Said they overbooked and third party reservations were the first to lose their room!!!!!!!!!! Obviously they don't understand the reservation process. Totally threw my plans for the night in the shitter, planned on walking to and from Peoria civic center for concert. Had to stay across river and uber there and back.

The hotel overall is beautiful with the latest renovations, we've stayed here before and it is like an entirely new hotel now. The only disappointment for our group was sharing the hotel with baseball tournament teams, the pool was overrun with kids all night (which is to be expected when booking teams in a hotel) so my own adult kids were unable to enjoy this amenity as they had hoped. Maybe next time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Peoria.

Nicely situated hotel in the heart of Peoria; well maintained, spacious rooms. My only complaint was that the pool and hot tub area were closed.
