Stayed for a week chicken wing bones in the entrance of stairs probably still there parking garage really dark no elevator and no security really bad lots of homeless people around property.

Needs updating and the charging for parking is an issue. Otherwise you park on street and pay meter. From 5 pm to 8 am its free. Alot of homeless people around d that area

There was no soap

Our room was not ready when we arrived after 4:00 pm. There was a line of people waiting to check in and the lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. Everyone was told that the rooms were being cleaned and none were currently available. There was just one person at the reception desk and no manager was available. We were not able to check in until after 6:30 pm. The hotel restaurant was closed. Nothing was offered to guests for the trouble.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We had an event on Sunday in the Hawkeye Room, which was set up for our event, staff present did not seem to know about the event and we had to arrange with them to get a tub with ice for our drinks. They were helpful guiding folks to where we were. One of the rooms I reserved did not have a TV. that worked for a least a couple days and we did not have soap and shampoo in either shower, which I asked about but nothing happened. Parking was ok in the garage, but elevator was not working, which made for a lot more getting up and down stairs. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. Had hoped that the restaurant /bar would have been open as advertised.

Checkin was a breeze, Ceria was so helpful with parking and safety for me . She treated me like her MOM and family ! I appreciate our visit to Bishop Fulton Sheen tomb the cathedral and Obed and Isaccs restaurant!!

This hotel does not look like the pictures its a bunch of crime around the hotel and I think a lot of homeless and displaced families reside there

The common areas of the hotel unfortunately aren't so nice. The bathroom downstairs off the lobby had a toilet flushing continously, no soap and no paper towels or air dryer for hands. The ice machine on my floor and another floor was broken. The hallways look unwelcoming like an institution, the exterior looks kind of run down, and there were sketchy street people panhandling outside the hotel front door at 3 in the afternoon. Also had housekeeping banging on my door at 9 am although I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Overall this hotel is okay but is overpriced for what you get. Breakfast isn't even included. Apart from the location I could find much cheaper hotels offering free hot breakfast and more inviting atmosphere.

Great location! Comfortable beds. Checked in and then went to get our belongings from the car, when we got to our room we walked in on another couple who had just been given the same room as us. In addition the room wasn’t even ready for guests, bedding had been taken off the bed and thrown on a chair and trash from the previous guests had not been cleaned up. When we went to address the double booking of the room the staff on duty had no idea how to handle the situation. Eventually they asked us if we were okay with the room if they sent house keeping up, which we were but 20 minutes later we had to track down housekeeping ourselves to get our room cleaned.

Very good

The location was great! The hallways and room smelled musty. The AC was very loud. Went to go enjoy the pool and hot tub... No towels. Very disappointed.

Terrible they ended up canceling room 3 hours after check in
