Hotel was clean & comfortable. Would've been better to have a microwave accessible in the room. There was NO water pressure in the shower Where the pool was located it made it difficult to get to due to stairs. Plus, it took awhile to located. It says pool on signs, but you don't see it. And if my husband hadn't kept walking we'd have given up. Almost no drinks available at snack area. And parking is an issue.

Location Expensive

Roaches by the pool, few beverage choices, dirty room (hair balls on bathroom floor, couch cushions ripped, didn't match, stained), unhelpful staff.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults and a child. Checked in after 10 pm and had to wait a long time at the front desk for our key. Upon getting to the room only to find it had 1 king bed. Returned to front desk and waited in another long line only to find out they were sold out and that was the last room. Single person at front desk had to keep leaving to find a second staff person to help. They said it was my fault for reserving online as you can only get accurate information about availability by reserving directly with the hotel. Staff was slow, unprofessional and unable to provide refund or receipt for error. In addition, the off site parking garage ($10 day) one block away had an inoperable elevator so an adult in our party with mobility issues had to climb 3 flights of stairs.

All around great stay.

Staff was helpful. The room itself was not clean, hairs found in the bed and stains on the towels. The shower also took around 10 minutes just to heat up. Parking can be annoying but I was told street parking is free on the weekends if you are comfortable parking on the street. It is an older hotel that needs some updates in general.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there were a couple spots of water damage. It was weird that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so you had to leave the door cracked or it would become a sauna after a shower. The parking garage was really sketchy and literally falling apart. It is best to park on the street.

So sweet of the staff to help us switch to a quieter room and give us a wedding welcome into our room

Room smelled awful, A/C didn’t work. Hotel staff kicked people out of an area claiming there was an event they needed to set up for. This event did not take place, the staff was just kicking people out for no reason. Following this though they allowed people to roam the hotel and bother guests with some very questionable motives to where our group no longer felt safe. Avoid this hotel at all costs-go stay at the Marriott.

The ac unit in our room wouldn’t get the room temp below 70 until we were ready to check-out even though we’d been trying to get the room down to just 68 to sleep. The head of the bed was also noticeably lower than the foot of the bed which wasn’t really helpful for our acid reflux. We probably won’t stay there again.

Parking situation was terrible, poor lighting, isolated. I arrived late (10pm) but felt so uncomfortable trying to park and get into the hotel that I left and found a different hotel. If it hadn't been as late or I hadn't been alone, I think it would have been better. But I would not recommend individuals traveling alone to stay here due to poor parking conditions

Had 2 dirty rooms, not cleaned no sheets on bed. One had pizza boxes still in the room.

Good hotel to stay in downtown

We were very dissatisfied with our stay at Four Points; we stayed for two days—Friday and Saturday—and received no fresh towels, room cleaning, or bed maintenance. Personally, I do not recommend this hotel. Everything Bathroom needs to be cleaned up better and the table and chairs

The parking garage was a hot mess and there was feces in the staircase. There was also a word of hair in the shower wall.
