Started off with problems with the system when checking in and ended up having my card locked due to the staff having me swiped it so many times. Parking is also $10 a day in a parking garage that you’re suppose to park on level 5,6,or 7 that an elevator doesn’t work on so you have to walk the stairs with all your belongings. Then there was roaches in the pool area as well as the hallway walls, when brought to the staffs attention she said she“we’ve been waiting for pest control all week” Then there was an event they had going on that had the noise so loud it was ridiculous, the same event of guest made racial comments and would bombard the elevators no one would be able to get on other then their event party. Plus when checked outed they charged my card an extra $40 for extra parking.

Only downfall is the parking. Either street parking or the very low Clearnace parking deck behind the hotel.

It was nice staying next to the airport. We had a great stay in 2 rooms with children and it was beautiful. We would love to come back!

My daughter and I just needed a place to stay for 1 night. It didn't get quiet in the hall ways until well after midnight. All the room doors squeaked and it was just very hard to sleep. The room air temp was not stable, it was hot then cold.

Awesome stay and the pool and splash pad was sweet

The room was clean and the hotel smelled really good. I had staff up to my room twice. Once because the toilet wasn’t working and secondly to bring towels and they were pleasant. Actually all staff was accommodating. When I reported the toilet issue, they offered to move me to another room.

I have nothing good to say about my experience here.

Roaches by the pool, few beverage choices, dirty room (hair balls on bathroom floor, couch cushions ripped, didn't match, stained), unhelpful staff.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults and a child. Checked in after 10 pm and had to wait a long time at the front desk for our key. Upon getting to the room only to find it had 1 king bed. Returned to front desk and waited in another long line only to find out they were sold out and that was the last room. Single person at front desk had to keep leaving to find a second staff person to help. They said it was my fault for reserving online as you can only get accurate information about availability by reserving directly with the hotel. Staff was slow, unprofessional and unable to provide refund or receipt for error. In addition, the off site parking garage ($10 day) one block away had an inoperable elevator so an adult in our party with mobility issues had to climb 3 flights of stairs.

All around great stay.

Staff was helpful. The room itself was not clean, hairs found in the bed and stains on the towels. The shower also took around 10 minutes just to heat up. Parking can be annoying but I was told street parking is free on the weekends if you are comfortable parking on the street. It is an older hotel that needs some updates in general.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there were a couple spots of water damage. It was weird that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so you had to leave the door cracked or it would become a sauna after a shower. The parking garage was really sketchy and literally falling apart. It is best to park on the street.

So sweet of the staff to help us switch to a quieter room and give us a wedding welcome into our room

Room smelled awful, A/C didn’t work. Hotel staff kicked people out of an area claiming there was an event they needed to set up for. This event did not take place, the staff was just kicking people out for no reason. Following this though they allowed people to roam the hotel and bother guests with some very questionable motives to where our group no longer felt safe. Avoid this hotel at all costs-go stay at the Marriott.

The ac unit in our room wouldn’t get the room temp below 70 until we were ready to check-out even though we’d been trying to get the room down to just 68 to sleep. The head of the bed was also noticeably lower than the foot of the bed which wasn’t really helpful for our acid reflux. We probably won’t stay there again.
