Staybridge Suites Downtown Peoria by IHG

The girl at the desk last night and this morning was so friendly and helpful! The room was spotless, and breakfast was great. We stay here several times a year and love it. I wish they’d get their pool and hot tub fixed. They’ve been down for years.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and shared spaces.

The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the Civic Center where we were going. The breakfast was superb and the friendliness of the hotel staff exceptional. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Peoria.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Nothing

Very good

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was under construction and we were not notified of this at booking or prior to staying. My husband and I were there for an overnight getaway for his birthday. It would have been nice to have a pool.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen area had all the supplies we needed during our stay. We were very pleased that the hotel was within walking distance to the Prairie Alliance Theater which was the reason for our stay in this area. One thing that was a downside to our stay was that the indoor pool was closed for repairs; however, we did know this before booking our stay. We did not have great luck finding dining experiences late night as most closed early or others were not in the best location.

The pool was closed

Nothing even though we were prepaid the property refused us as we have a Peoria address We then had to stay elsewhere Manager was rude Nowhere on booking does this say that they had this policy Request a refund

The breakfast was good. It provided many choices. We chose Stay Bridge because the Website said they was a pool. However, upon arriving we learned if has been closed for a year!

Very clean. Friendly employees. Great breakfast. Close to where we needed to be NA

Excellent stay will stay again

Our room was very loud. The walls need more sound proofing. But the staff was AMAZING!!!!. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
