Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! All the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and friendly. The staff at the bar was exceptional!!

Parking was easy and but too much of a hassle to get our luggage back and forth. We did find someone's left over food in our mini fridge, we tossed that in the trash. No big deal. All else was very good.

Fantastic accommodations!

The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful! I gave a 3 star only because when asking the housekeeper for a garbage bag, she said she didn’t speak English. As I walked and pointed to what I needed, she replied “one or two? Ok thank you have a good evening “ then she rolled her eyes at me when I was just trying to do HER a favor.

The pictures look way better than real life. The entire wall of wall paper behind the beds was peeling off, there was waters spots on the ceiling, and the ice machines on both floors I tried did not have water or ice. This property needs some major upgrades. I will say the bathrooms were clean and in great shape.

The room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and good location. The only negative thing is having to pay $15 per night for parking in the garage, and had to pay $20 for a buffet breakfast. The grits were cold

The restaurant breakfast was average. Cocktails at the bar seemed watered down. But the staff was very pleasant and professional. It’s not their fault that the hotel is just dilapidated. Also the people in the neighborhood were sketchy. This is not what you’d expect from a Marriott.

Great downtown hotel Excellent value for weekend stay.

Staff friendly and room was cleans. Shower did not work and pool was closed for maintenance which was not made clear at time of my booking without cancellation option. Elevators small and bouncy. I asked for discount they said I would get a final bill in email with the discount. That was July 5th and as of this review I have not received it.

The room was super clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The only issue we had was the air conditioning was sub par. It cooled, but barely.

Pool was closed. Air conditioner was noisy. Parking was expensive. Did not get the type of room I requested.

My key did not work. When I informed the desk they apologized and gave me the room next door.

The room was clean and well maintained with the exception of our toilet seat was cracked. No microwave in the room. Also, the breakfast was $20 per person at the on-site restaurant and I was under the impression breakfast was included😕. However, overall a great place to stay. I would visit again.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and centrally located to all wedding activities. It was nice to see how downtown Peoria is being revitalized.

I stayed the weekend of cat Williams in the downside was nothing seemed to work.The elevator was having issues.The hot tub was down, the pool was down.Even the pathway going to the civic center was closed off.And then you had to walk down and all the way around
