A/C made a loud clicking noise every time it shut off, it woke me up every 45-60 minutes. I switched rooms the following morning, the A/C didn’t cool very well, I left it on while we went to dinner and when I got back two hours later the A/C had shut itself off. Elevator doors malfunctioned multiple times, had to take the stairs a couple times.

Superb

Good location, nice facility. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee machine was broke so no coffee was readily available at the buffet. Had to wait to be served coffee. No orange juice. The gravy for biscuits was beyond salty. Other than the breakfast, everything else was great!

I’ve known about this hotel since I was a kid growing up in Peoria. It was lovely to stay here. The rooms are decorated beautifully. The staff was very professional and friendly. In our original room and the room we were moved to, the air conditioning units were not working either at all or only worked for a short time. It was 78° overnight in our room and that’s pretty warm to try to sleep. The staff and maintenance people were nice but ineffective in being able to change the room temperature and outcome.

Employees are very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Air-conditioning in the room was very finicky. And unlike other hotels, they don’t put coffee machines in the bedroom which is drag.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet. We also had dinner there in the dinner we had was excellent as well.

The room was large, clean and other than the door was extremely difficult to open and close, it was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful other than some of the restaurant staff. It was difficult to get a coffee warm up. The breakfast buffet was okay but was on a par with lesser hotels, except for the omelet bar which was a nice feature.

Once I left a blouse behind and they made every effort to get it sent back home to me. I was so grateful to get it back!

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Lo

Design of the hotel Booked 1 queen bed. Ended up with 2 twin beds and we were told they ran out of rooms and couldn’t change it. Area had cops everywhere and homeless people outside. Lobby and hot. Check in took forever. We knew we were given the wrong room because we walked into a birthday card and piece of cake with someone else’s name on it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem was that the a/c didn’t seem to work in the bar/restaurant area (but it worked great in the room) and the WiFi in hotel didn’t work. Everything else was great! Love having bar and restaurant there! Staff was great too’

Not a pleasant experience with respect to checking in , reception people needs training. Charged almost 300 for a 12 hour stay and on top put hold on Credit card for an amount above that.

Pretending a convention at the convention center, which backs up to the property it was very convenient. Very nice place to stay. I’ll be back.
