The building is pretty Issues with loud other guests, tvs not working, pool closed, not very clean, being downgraded to a smaller room and smaller bed because guests in adjoining room wouldn’t turn down loud music

Charming hotel that reflects a time gone by and a part of Peoria history. Comfortable, classy and very welcoming. Just like the city that has been it's home for decades. Highly re6a stay there and be sure to visit the river front. Will be returning to stay very soon

I left after one night. AC turns off when you are asleep (motion sensor control). Old building... hot, humid,... uncomfortable. Bad place to sleep.

The buffet breakfast was very good with a good variety. The option for a fresh omelet made it even better We did have trouble setting the thermostat. Instructions on the desk would have been helpful

The hotel was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. It does not have continental breakfast, and very limited free parking, so the attached garage is a nightly $15. It is within walking distance to the Civic Center.

Nice, comfortable hotel in downtown Peoria. Rooms are very comfortable, good size, and well maintained. Parts of the hotel around the lobby and the elevators are looking dated and would benefit from a refresh to really give that 4-star feeling. Staff are always helpful.

What I liked most about the property was the overall atmosphere, the layout, and how well-maintained everything was. The property had a comfortable and welcoming feel, and I especially appreciated the features that made it convenient and enjoyable. What made it unique was the combination of its character, location, and the little details that gave it its own personality.

Thank you for free conceriage breakfast. Staff did not show up at 6:00 a.m. to open but front desk pulled in a staffer and she was exceedingly helpful. Parking plentiful, bed comfy, very clean, asked for quiet room and was given one. had 8:15 medical appointment so stress when breakfast not open but situation ended well

the only problem I has was the parking deck is way too far without enough lighting for a single woman to be walking to & from just to get to the vehicle
