Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette

Pool was closed. Air conditioner was noisy. Parking was expensive. Did not get the type of room I requested.

My key did not work. When I informed the desk they apologized and gave me the room next door.

The room was clean and well maintained with the exception of our toilet seat was cracked. No microwave in the room. Also, the breakfast was $20 per person at the on-site restaurant and I was under the impression breakfast was included😕. However, overall a great place to stay. I would visit again.

You hotel is beautiful but the service sucked.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and centrally located to all wedding activities. It was nice to see how downtown Peoria is being revitalized.

I stayed the weekend of cat Williams in the downside was nothing seemed to work.The elevator was having issues.The hot tub was down, the pool was down.Even the pathway going to the civic center was closed off.And then you had to walk down and all the way around

Loved staying across the street from the Prairie Alliance Theatre and good restaurants. We parked in the garage and left our car alone for the weekend. I really have no complaints about my stay. I’m sure there are less expensive options around Peoria, but the building is perfectly located and has a luxury feel with a good staff. Their cool old-school red neon “PERE MARQUETTE HOTEL” sign needs repairs, though—in June of 2026, it read something like: OTEL ARQUET E

The only areas I think could use some improvement are the bathroom size, which felt a bit small compared to the room itself, and the pillows, which could benefit from being updated for added comfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Peoria.

Very clean. Also has a covered parking garage which was nice. Nothing to dislike.

The front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect and walking distance to all attractions and activities.

Location was great The pool was closed for repairs. Also, when we went to the restaurant for our complimentary breakfast, the waitstaff kept questioning us and wanted us to pay. I even showed her our room key but she was still unsure. Maybe there needs to be a voucher to prove that you are staying at the hotel and get a complimentary meal

There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. Internet service was good. My only small suggestion would be that they put dimmers on the light switches, it was a little too bright at night in the living area. I will plan on staying again next time I’m in Perryville.

They switch my order from 2 beds to one no upfront knowledge of this till we got to the room. got injured there. room was gross. There is a lot of fake positive ratings for this location.
