Only stayed one night traveling through. Was quiet and comfortable.

Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance.

Breakfast was alright but by 9:00 the waffle batter, orange juice, and other drinks available were running low and watered down. When our neighbors were being loud and screaming at 10:15pm I asked the front desk to please ask them to quiet down. The front desk staff asked me to COME WITH THEM AS BACKUP TO CONFRONT THE LOUD ROOM and only after I refused did they handle it themselves. I’m a guest, not extra muscle. Clean facility, comfortable beds, easy check in and check out. Overall 3/5. Best Western Plus was $80 cheaper and just as good.

It showed a hot tub which. Was filled in. With cement. Usually can’t relaxed in a cement pond. Take the picture off your web site. We won’t be beck here, Laquita next door has one

The room was nicely setup. After staying in many noisy hotels, being sleep deprived, this was a grand room. Quiet, comfy room & bed, nite light in bathroom. Lots of nearby fast food restaurants. Nada
