Maria on night shift was great. We had a slight problem with shower leaking outside bathroom and she was quick to come and clean it. Very friendly

The property is older, but recently renovated and clean. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the kids. Recommended!

The staff was helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

Floor was dirty at check in. Offered a new room but didn't feel like moving after partially unpacking. Desk person came and vacuumed our room. Ice bucket had water in it from previous occupants. Front desk person brought us a new bucket. Room was loud due to highway being right behind hotel. Breakfast was good.

Customer service was completely lacking for the entire day of check in. I arrived at 11am and asked if checking in early was a possibility. I also offered to pay extra if I needed to since I had a scheduled event to get to. The gentleman declined and said “it’s too early, you have to wait until 3.” I was inconvenienced by this but I was ok with it since it’s the rules. I then asked him if I could drop my bag off at the very least. He said “yeah, lay it on the couch in the lobby.” I was shocked by that due to no security of my belongings at all. I come back later at around 2pm and let the same gentleman know that I have to head to an event but asked if I could put my bag somewhere secure until I return after the event later in the evening. He says “no, we are not responsible for your belongings but you can lay it on the couch in the lobby.” I finally left frustrated and wasn’t able to check in until later in the afternoon since I had plans. The guy literally had no care or concern for customer service and he did nothing to make my stay less stressful. Not a good representative of your hotel at all.

Maria was a delight and solved our issue with our door not closing.

ok stay, it had a weird smell. and the bathroom had a strong smell of smoke. the curtains had holes in them too. was okay for a quick night

Room was clean and staff were friendly. the breakfast was not as good as some other places but passed.

I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times over the last year and it’s usually pretty good. This time, the room was absolutely disgusting. Shower had hair all over it, toilet was loose and dirty, toothpaste in the sink, caulk and sealant on every wall. The window above the AC unit was broken and someone had just filled the frame in with napkins so water/air leak through. With some maintenance it would be a good hotel, but until then I will never stay here again.

Windows were always open in pool room which I felt was unsafe being next to an expressway. My room window had a big crack in it, luckily I was on 2nd floor. The fan in my bathroom was so loud it sounded like it was going to fall off.

The pool was ice cold. I have kids so they were looking forward to the pool. They did have a hot tub and nobody was in it so we played in the hot tub. Staff was hard to get a hold of on the phone. Everything else was as expected for the price.

The hotel was fine. Room was OK. Only negative was the pool was at 75° after we researched it. It should at least been 80° in my children could not comfortably be in the actual pool. We were in the hot tub which was over 100° the entire day so fix the pool. You may have more swimmers.

For the price and availability the amenities were above par. The breakfast had enough options to be different for the 3 mornings we were there. There is a EV charger which I used. The staff were extremely accommodating. 5 stars
