Those were very clean. Staff was very pleasant.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location

Loved the pool! Water was warm, and it was well maintained. The shower water was too hot and it was hard to adjust it.

We enjoyed warm and nutritious breakfast! It was amazing that they had yummy cinnamon rolls. It went along so good with warm coffee. Some staff are great and very friendly. Booked 1 month ago with my friends. We have one room and they have one room i booked 2 rooms. When I checked in seems that rooms are chosen at the site at the time we checked in, even I booked the rooms 1 month ago. We could not have rooms next to each other. When we checked in and entered into room, there is someone listening to music so loud. We needed to listen to the music coming in from next room for the first few hours. It was my first stay at Holiday Inn however i don't feel like using Holiday again. I personally don't think it worts spending $500 for 2 rooms with that service/ hospitality. When we entered into room, I saw water on the floor by the shower room... I saw black mold in the holes of sink. (I don't want to be negative but I'm just being honest.)

The spacious suite with the pull-out sofa was perfect for our party of five. The pool was warm and inviting. The breakfast offered many delicious options. The location was perfect to get to Ottawa and Utica for hiking in both Starved Rock and Buffalo Rock State Parks. Our dog stayed and enjoyed his time too. The suite was on the second floor rather than the first, but the elevator and stairs worked well.

Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub.

Great experience for being my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, easy access to interstate and staff gave superb hospitality

Everything was great. Clean hotel. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Pillows were not comfortable at all. That’s my only complaint.

Nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast only offered one type of meat --- bacon ran out by 7:25 am. Also hot tub was broken.

Traveling from Minnesota to Florida we stopped here and so glad we did!! When it comes to hotels comfortable bed and cleanliness is top priority for us. It was both. The beds were absolutely perfect for a good nights sleep!! I haven’t slept that good in a long time.

And the bed had a big nasty stain in it showing the sheets weren't washed since last use

We have stayed here twice now and appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the amenities available, and the courteous staff.

GM very accommodating and front desk, Becca was the sweetest.

Had to go to front desk for linens for pull out bed. Pool closed both days we came with 3 kids.

Family members stated the facility was very nice and clean. They were staying over from the thanksgiving holiday.
