The hotel was a surprise. We were only here for a night so it worked for us. No elevator. Stairs. The guy at the desk was very helpful and understanding. Beds were comfortable and the extra pillows were great. The shower pan needs to be replaced. Very old and crummy looking.

First of all, we were somewhat greeted by a man on a screen that is remote broadcasting from India. No other perskn was physically in tge room. Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. We were all put in a room next to a large group. Upon their arrival there were kids screaming and adults cussing. They slammed doors and made lots of noise. We asked to move rooms, which a nice lady at the counter did accommodate us. In the new room the shower looked the same and the fridge was smaller without a freezer area, but ran and got cool. That evening the adults from the big group seemed to have spread their rooms out as well away from the children. At about midnight, we were awoken by an yelling argument, slamming doors, and stomping. We did not get a restful sleep. We went to get the complimentary breakfast and the begals weren't presliced which ended not mattering because the toaster didn't work. The waffle batter was not there, so we settled on cereal. That day we decided to finish our visit and not stay another night. I left feeling that I wasted a lot of money.

Most convenient place to stay on the SF North Bay. Much smaller and nicer area than most bay area motels. Petaluma is also nicer than anywhere in the east bay or peninsula.

Room was very small. Breakfast was average at best. Beds were comfortable but were too high off the floor.

Location was easy to get to and restaurants and stores were within easy walking distance. There was plenty of parking on the property. I didn't like the virtual check in. I much prefer talking to a real person who is there, especially at the time I checked in (4:00 pm).

Very Safe and comfortable

The room was comfortable and clean. Having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room is a plus. Everything was good for the price. If I wanted to be picky, I'd suggest a small Keurig instead of the single packet coffee maker. The Google TV did take a little time to figure out the controls but eventually it worked out.

Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, there were other offerings but I don’t remember what they were. Audrey, the attendant in the breakfast room, was awesome. Coffee was great!

Good experience

Our room smelled faintly of urine. Not very pleasant.
-
Easy access, nice to have a patio and comfy king size bed The virtual check-in was odd and the air condition didn’t seem to be working or consistent

The room I had had bed bugs and I was bitten all over my back. I contacted front desk and they did not refund right away and I had to book another hotel for the week on the spot. Do not recommend this location a bit

Very clean and comfortable bed. But this is a motel style place to stay. Since it is operated by Best Western the sheets and towels are decent and more like hotel quality. But the teeny room and layout is all motel. You can hear everyone outside your window since the front door opens directly to the cars. I would stay here again if needed but it is way overpriced at $200/night. It should be more like $100

Clean room and facilities and helpful staff
-
Loved the staff, everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The bathroom had bugs, spiders to be exact. Im sure they taken care of. Just the room we had, had spiders in the bathroom.

The other major issue was that we requested and were granted a late check-out because we'd be working all night. They gave us rooms on the 2nd floor and neglected to inform us that a roofing crew would be tearing off the roof above our heads starting at 8am. We tried to all the front desk and got the kiosk agent instead, who was unable to reach someone onsite for us. This is not the kind of service & experience we expect from a Best Western.

Was a great stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well stocked room. Thank you so much.

This is an excellent choice for a room if you're looking for a place to stay as a jump off point to the coast, North Bay area, or the wineries. Staff excellent, cleanliness excellent, a nice little pool, and nice breakfast that was serviced by very attentive and nice lady. My only knock was the bathroom (shower/tub) was narrow.

A lamp kept shorting the lights out. The outside of the buildings needs attention.

The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating
