Surrounded by hiking trails, Meadowlands, and River scenery, to Sheraton hotel is one of the more extraordinary experiences you could have in Petaluma.

The room with the marina view and patio was worth the extra expense, and the scene at the bar on a Saturday night was fun and friendly. Definitely staying here again.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed for a birthday celebration. Didn’t eat at the hotel but spent some time at a very nice and reasonably priced bar. Hit tub was small but not crowded. We had harbor view and it was beautiful.

Hotel was mostly good but mattresses and pillows were so saggy and unsupportive.

The location on the marina. Our room said it was on the marina, which was true but we were not right on the water. The view was a little obstructed.

Nice room, very helpful staff, location was great -- very close to all the things in Petaluma we wanted to do. Our 3rd-floor room looked out on the adjacent boat marina, which was lovely. We didn't take advantage of the hotel bar and on-site restaurant but we were glad they were there! Only a couple minuses -- TV in the room didn't work, ice machine missing from our floor, room a little expensive. But we had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

The room was outdated and looks like the room we were in had not been used for awhile . The front staff were very friendly.

Pool was closed for a resurface and the jets didn’t work on the jacuzzi

Pretty subpar hotel experience. Almost every amenity was closed. The AC in our room didn’t work and the hotel restaurant was hardly ever open. The staff were super off putting which was super disappointing given the fact that we were here for our wedding. I’d never stay here again.

Great breakfast buffet for our group. Issues with cleaning rooms. Probably not enough help for the number of Rooms occupied.

$15 to park on a mostly empty open parking lot is ridiculous, just increase the room rate as this is not a chargeable quality lot...hotel was mostly empty so it's just a cash grab.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LEFT A BATTERY AND PHONE CHARGER IN THE ROOM , CALLED ONE HOUR LATERM AND WAS TOLD THE ITEMS WERE NOT IN THE LOST AND FOUND. IMPOSSIBLE, SINCE I USED THEM BOTH IN THE MORNING BEFORE CHECKING OUT. THE VLUE? $ 60, DISAPPOINTED
