Clean & quiet, comfortable.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed. We were also told that the jets in the one remaining hot tub were broken, so even that amenity wasn’t fully functional. We were welcome to sit in the pool area—but not actually use the pool—which completely defeated the purpose of our stay. Trying to make the best of the situation, we headed to the restaurant patio for food and drinks, only to discover that on a busy holiday Saturday, the patio bar and restaurant didn’t open until 5:00 p.m. The patio itself was incredibly hot, with only two umbrellas providing shade across the entire area. Sitting there in the afternoon sun felt like being on Mars. To make matters worse, the only food available beforehand was a snack area stocked with what seemed like hundreds of packages of instant cup noodles. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of acknowledgment from the staff. No one apologized for the inconvenience, and there was no offer of compensation or even a simple gesture of goodwill. Beyond these issues, the hotel itself felt dated and in need of maintenance. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Place was clean, just missing some amenities. Didn't have toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor overall it was good. We had the view of the harbor very peaceful and beautiful. No late check out was a bummer.

Wonderful place for pets Surprisingly good value

Great area to walk your dog. Room was very clean. parking is good. Did not use the restaurant because there was no room service, and being single and you can't leave your dog along in room. The staff was very nice and professional.

Barbara, our waitress for brunch, was the best!! I had brought a special night light from home to use in the bathroom, but forgot to pack it. (sad face)

The property is very dated. My room had a horrible smell probably from the carpet and this property allows pets! The room view which was the marina was NOT anything spectacular. The toliet wouldn't flush and housekeeping left the previous guest food in the refrigerator. The hotel is rather secluded, not a good location if you're looking to socialize off the property. I will NEVER stay at this property again, I'm happy it was for only one night. The cost is not worth it.

However, staff was very helpful.

Amazing More pool

Location Loud, drunk people waking us up at 1am rolling around on floor in front of our hotel room screaming and yelling. Tried to call the front desk, but nobody answered. Guess from RM 432

The room was clean and bed comfortable Run down. Pool closed to be repair no one at the desk.

Beautiful hotel. Really nice clean rooms. Breakfast was nice but the hotel didn't know we had paid for breakfast so bring you Expedia receipt. Bring you swim suit. They also had a hot tub, but the jets were not functioning. Besides that we had a great time.

Was not advised that the pool was closed for maintenance and has been for the last months. Was not advised on website either.

More frustrating is that the hotel pool was closed. I now see in the small print that it was in fact posted in Expedia, but who reads the small print when you stay at the hotel multiple times? There was no “I’m sorry“ at check-in or anything else explaining why the pool was closed. At any rate the stay was disappointing.
