We had an amazing two night stay here. So clean and beautiful and in such a great location. A French bakery and restaurant on the property and the downtown was beautiful! We will be staying here again in the future.

Loved the vibe. Kept the anachronistic style without sacrificing modern conveniences.

The customer service at this hotel is horrendous! The manager was extremely unhelpful. We only made reservations at this hotel because they promised us 2 rooms next to each other. When we arrived their computer system was down so it was understandable that the notes could not be seen that we needed adjacent rooms, but when we talked to the manager, she was completely rude. She offered no other solutions, compensation, not even an I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Her reply was too bad, you can check out if you want to. We are extremely disappointed by our experience.

If you check in after 12 but before the official check in time there is a $25 charge. There was a large dog barking in the room across from me. This place could do better.

We stopped by the bar later in the evening and could only get beer or wine because the bartender had gone home. Only one elevator. If the cleaning staff are moving their cart between floors you have to wait for the next one or take the stairs. Overall it filled the need for us but does need some TLC!

We only stayed one night and we all wished it had been longer. The property was beautiful, located in a great spot in Petaluma and the room itself was so nice with the most comfortable beds and pillows. We would absolutely recommend
-
The elevator was broken and there is little to no parking. There is no valet and no bellman.
-
There's a bar at the lobby. For breakfast they have pastries. Also a restaurant that opens at 330pm. A lot of nearby walking distance restaurants, ice cream shops, live band at night. Shopping and skatepark outdoor and indoor. The super soft pillows. Not for my taste.

Absolutely charming place to stay. Rooms were spotless and staff was exceptional.
-
The property was charming and the rooms are updated and comfortable. I particularly liked the individual AC controls, unlike most highrise hotels.
-
Nothing at this time.
-
The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area of Petaluma in a neighborhood of impresssive Victorian houses.
-
Water glasses were provided when we asked, but we had to ask.
-
Only one suggestion, please keep the patio tables wiped and clean between guests.
-
Great proximity to walkable restaurants and shops. Great reuse of historic structure.

We’ve stayed here multiple times but this was our first bad experience. The room would not cool down past 77 degrees with ac on full blast all night. We were sweating and would have requested to change rooms if not for risking waking our daughter relocating. After a restless night of poor sleep we were woken up to a 6:00 am business call from our hotel neighbor where I could literally make out every word of the conversation….concerning to say the least. This was supposed to be a nice night catching up on rest in a comfy room after a few days camping, instead we left completely exhausted. Having booked with Expedia was the real mistake because the hotel staff couldn’t do anything to remedy the experience.

The hotel is in a historic building and it definitely has character. The lobby was probably the highlight since it preserves a lot of that 1920 feel. There were several things that were disappointing about the stay (especially considering the price): there was a strange odor in the hallways (probably from old carpeting), it was impossible to figure out the room heating/air conditioning remote, so I ended up just turning it off, and they want to charge you $6 for a bottle of water unless you have status with Hilton.

Pleasant but less than expected from the Hilton brand

Doesnt feel like a normal hotel! It felt more inviting and home like. It's in the heart of Petaluma which made it soooo easy to walk around check things out.
