Doesnt feel like a normal hotel! It felt more inviting and home like. It's in the heart of Petaluma which made it soooo easy to walk around check things out.
-
Great location and big bed. Lobby coffee was really good and staff were nice. The windows in the room didn’t open so it was pretty stuffy but otherwise nice enough.
-
Good historic hotel. I had a deluxe room. Very small room. No chair other than the desk chair. Not comfortable

Great stay at this property. Liked the old school vibe

Great place! Dog friendly

Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the blackout curtains worked well, and despite facing the street from a corner room, it was remarkably quiet at night. The bathroom was small but thoughtfully designed with attractive subway tile and all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the in-room refrigerator and especially the complimentary filtered water station near the front desk, which made it easy to refill our water bottles each day. The café in the lobby was another highlight, offering excellent coffee and pastries. The location was fantastic—not only is it right in downtown Petaluma, but it’s an easy walk to all the nearby restaurants, shops, and the waterfront area. Parking requires a little planning since there is no dedicated on-site lot. We were able to find free street parking, and there is also a public parking garage nearby, but guests arriving during busier times may need a few extra minutes to secure a spot.

Staff was very friendly hotel is well located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops of all kinds.

Comfy bed. Poorly lit bathroom. Minimal TV options. Street noise. A lot of hallway noise!
-
Really neat historic vibe and beautiful lobby area that lots of guests utilized. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown. Comfortable beds. While it was in a great location, it is on a busy corner and there was a decent amount of traffic noise. Didn’t get the room we requested and had to move a few times. 1st room was right on the busy corner. 2nd room didn’t have a working tv. But 3rd room was great!

Very nice front desk staff, cool lobby, great location The “superior queen” was a shoebox, which would have been ok except the AC did not work and the windows do not open. So we spent a sleepless night in a stuffy sweat box. Hilton needs to upgrade the hvac and allow the windows to open as this is unacceptable. This was a mild spring day with highs about 72. Can’t imagine what it’s like on the hot days.

This hotel isn’t perfect; parking is a little clunky (but works), rooms are not large (but charming), and there’s no room service. Having said all that, my wife and I LOVE this property! Located in the heart of Petaluma, a town that’s special to my wife and I, this beautiful old hotel has more than enough charm to make up for other amenities you might not find. Give it a try, you love it!

Although we love this hotel and it's location, this stay was horrible. I was not able to get any good sleep. The room above us, I could here every footstep & thump. Being on the street side, the traffic sound was awful. It was as if there was no insulation in the walls or windows. The hotel is definitely beautiful, and they offer a nice little happy hour, but I am probably not going to book there again unless I am guaranteed an off street room.

Always a great place to stay walking around downtown Petaluma super easy convenient great happy hour great restaurant

Place was great

Enjoyed the historic features. Our puppy was definitely well received. Staff very accommodating.

Location was great! The hotel is super cute. It has great vibes and cute little shops on the lobby floor. The access to the wine tasting from the lobby is a plus. The hotel is "dog friendly" but when my puppy barked maybe two times, I got a call about it because someone else complained. That doesn't feel very "dog friendly" to me. However, over all, I really liked the hotel. the sizes of the rooms were small. We booked a "deluxe queen" and I had to double check with the front desk that they put us in a deluxe queen because it did not feel very deluxe. Also, the walls were pretty thin and you could hear every door open and close around you.

Basically, everything went well. Poor parking. No breakfast. Little cafe food quite disappointing.
