Buen hotel para descansar, estuvimos agusto, si volveria a reservar ahi

No breakfast, got there 12 midnight, staff that was there kept saying that if we got there at 1 they would not of been able to accept my reservation...room was stinky, sheets were very dirty, shower did not work, had to shower with a cup...complained to Rick, he gave us an awesome room the next night, 100% better!!! But I haven't seen the discount on my bank statement yet... The 1st night was a nightmare, sheets stunk, floor was damp, no shower head worked...

No el hotel estaba muy sucio

The room # 325 had a sewer smell. My wife slept with a mask over her nose, to reduce the odor. The floor of the room was not clean with obvious hair, dust and other garbage. It’s like the room was never prepared for a new guest!!! The towels did not smell fresh. Our overall experience was very negative. I would not stay there again.

My room was horrible didn't look clean trash can had trash in it,shower wasent Workin,bathroom sink was not working floor was constantly wet due to moisture,honestly thinking of switch hotels on my trips

Room was roach infested bathroom hair hairs everywhere beds are too old and uncomfortable the hallway smelled like marijuana

Only about two minutes after entering our room, someone knocked on the door. Two fire alarm technicians were there and told me I had to open the door so they could inspect the smoke detector. Their attitude was extremely rude and aggressive. One of them even told me that if I didn’t open the door, it would become a “security issue.” I understand that safety inspections may be necessary, but guests should be treated respectfully and, ideally, informed beforehand. I also don’t understand why these inspections couldn’t be done in unoccupied rooms. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we had just signed a document stating there was a $250 fine for smoking in the room, yet the room already smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we walked in. My wife was with me, and she was genuinely frightened by the technicians’ aggressive behavior. We ultimately felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave the hotel. This was not the experience we expected as paying guests. Hotel management should seriously reconsider how these inspections are handled and how guests are treated.

In general this hotel is very dirty. We were given a room that was never cleaned. I requested a refund and left. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room smelled bad and the bed was crooked. I left since I couldn’t sleep on it.

Door was open 3 times in the same day without knocking even with a pay room in clear violation of guest privacy

Door to room was not working, was moved to another room. Next room the door was so loose and felt like it didn’t even lock or close correctly. I did not feel safe it looked dirty. Was not happy at all.

Clean room, and parking was easy

Na Everything was perfect for me the room amenities were perfect

We found hair still on our bed. Water hardly came out of shower. Needs upgrading. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Fridge was very old , the mini split kept going on and off and was pretty hot, there was nothing to watch on the tv and bathroom was bad .
