Didn’t let me check in after 1am I had a long ride back from work and I couldn’t stay terrible service they should state that whenever people are going to book it

Air don’t work good room was clean

Cleans room regularly and there’s always a parking space. Staff is very responsive.

The tv worked. The floor was dirty.

The worse visit I have ever experienced in a stay. Dirty facility, unserviced room before arrival, uneducated staff for problem solving and unethical response by staff. Expedia isn’t responsible for this since I’ve had other stays with great experience, but it was the actual hotel WoodSpring that made it a horrible experience. Never going back to that chain, but will continue using Expedia for future bookings

Charged me for 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not available. Still have yet to receive a refund.

Worst experience. Dirty sheets Dirty Room. Smell like cigarettes. Horrible experience!! I left the hotel as soon I did the check in.

This place was very uncomfortable The furniture inside to old

The places was terrible do not recommend staying there I checked out within less than a hour of checking in Was dirty had roaches bathroom shower had mold

Room wasnt clean and also seemed to have insect issues. The bathroom shower needs to be completely replaced as has a crack and mold seems to be coming throug and still in shower drainage. Fridge had rust all over and the room was really worn.

The price and everything was very close like stores restaurants The staff wasn’t to friendly the elevator wasn’t working we had to use the stairs it was very hard I’m handicap the bathroom faucet wasn’t working I mentioned to the staff didn’t get it fixed the stove was very filthy but it’s ok the price was good
